Happy Memorial Day!

I hope that every American will take the time today to think about the price that has been paid for us and our way of life and I hope that if possible we will personally thank the members of the armed forces living in our communities. It will boost their morale and send them a strong message that their fellow countrymen are behind them, not as the liberal media would have them and us believe. Regardless of one’s views on the Iraqi War, it is the least that one could do. These valiant Americans deserve our praise.

Let’s not forget to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, the forfeiture of their lives for the continued freedom of the living. It is our fallen soldiers throughout our country’s many battles who Memorial Day is for the most.

May God continue to bless our great country and especially every single man and women of our Armed Forces, who serve today, or have served in the service of their country. I, for one thank them for their service.

The "Ditzy Twits" Open Their Mouth And Get Spanked Again.

Failing Country Music Group, “The Dixie Chicks” are back at it again. You remember them don’t you? The were the ones who embarrassed a lot of us Americans by going over seas and lamblasting our President, proclaiming how ashamed they were of being from the same state, Texas, that President Bush is from. Actually, it was group member Natalie Maines who made the comment. No opposition to other group members have ever been reported, so one can surmise that they were all of one accord. Then they proceeded to be outraged by the unfairness displayed by those in their audience boycotting there music and concerts.

Well they’re at it again. After they got appropriately spanked by the American consumer who disowned them, (which is any American’s right), Maines retracted her disrespectful comments. Now they’ve decided to re-instate the original comment, because Bush hasn’t done any thing to deserve their respect. Was it getting lonely for them living outside of the media spotlight? It must be tough being a media whore.

Only now these idiots are getting appropriately whacked again. You gotta love it.

They want to assert that Bush, a man who stood up and stared down our terrorist enemy and those who offered them aid and convert (like the Taliban) and took the fight directly to them and conquered them and drove Bin Laden and his band of demon-possessed goons into hiding deserves no respect. That is just nothing more than an absurd assertion of complete nonsense. One wonders, do they think that Clinton’s namby-pamby, run to the UN and turn America into a paper tiger approach, (that Bin Laden was counting on initially until Bush proved him gravely mistaken) is what is deserving of their respect?

Let’s see, some one who uses their freedom of Speech to disrespect their nation’s President, especially during war time, and on foreign soil because they are too chicken to make such comments in Texas, and then expect to do so with full impunity, that is no one else has any right to express their opposition to such rudeness, is in a position to define what is deserving of respect? Yeah right. The Country Music industry has responded to them. It is they who deserves no respect. Freedom of speech is for all, not just to uppity little media whores like Natalie Maines. Maybe they should be renamed as “The Ditzy Twits” as some have mocked them. To sabatoge their concert and record sales again is just plain stupid.

Oye! Hombre! Tu No Tienes Ningun Derecho A Los Beneficios De Los Estados Unidos

The usual concern stated regarding the state of both our open borders and the alarming flow of illegal aliens into our country is one of Homeland Security and the threat that blood thirsty, crazed, demon-possessed, Islamo-Facist, jihadists pose to our National Security, and of course that is right and continues to be the main threat. But, what needs to be also addressed is the millions of illegal aliens, primarily from Mexico, who are here illegally and reaping the financial benefits of being here illegally and sending their financial harvest back home.

A story in the Sunday edition of the San Francisco Chronicler, found here reports the following chilling findings: roughly 10 percent of Mexico’s population of approximately 107 million are now living here illegally. Roughly, 15 percent of Mexico’s workforce are now living here. Basically, one out of every 7 Mexican workers have managed to sneak into our country illegally and are enjoying the benefits of living and working in America.

Many show no interest whatsoever in becoming American citizens, they just impose themselves into our communities and take away American jobs and American money that they funnel back home to their families back in Mexico. When these parasites have taken enough from us they will go back to their country to live off of what they managed to take away from American citizens as well as those here in this country on legal work visas.

This travesty is bordering on an invasion of our country that must be stopped. It continues to shock and enrage me that our government is ignoring the wishes of the majority of its citizens to seal up our borders now and then begin deporting the illegal aliens here living off the fat of the land. No amnesty. Boot him out as we find them. They are illegally so they can’t stay. They are not above American law.

What should happen is the people should turn out in record numbers at the next voting opportunity and vote every politician who is ignoring them, ignoring the blatant threat to our National Security by continuing to ignore our open borders, and the unfairness of the whole illegal alien situation right out of public office and replace them with politicians who are willing to make constituent’s wishes their sole priority. That is what should happen, but, alas, America’s voting population continues to demonstrate that it is mired down in apathy and no longer cares enough to be heard.

The bottom line for those leeches that are here illegally is that if you want to enjoy the benefits you can get from American jobs and American money, come here and become an American the legitimate way. Become a US citizen. Blend in to our great melting pot and embrace our values and our way of life. Otherwise, get out and stay out. You are not entitled to American benefits if you are not an American. Only Americans are entitled to them.

"The Da Vinci Code" Is, [yawn] Much Ado About Nothing

Lately, both the book and now the movie, “The Da Vinci Code” has been all over the news. It is the newest shocking, but true conspiracy theory aimed at Christianity and its Church. Both book sales and movie attendance have apparently been highly successful. With all of the media hype surrounding this “controversial” book and movie, you’d think that this was the first time anything controversial regarding the life of Jesus Christ had ever been published, or the first controversial movie about him to come out of Hollywood. But it isn’t.

Does anyone remember the movie, “The Last Temptation of Christ”? It came out to movie theaters back in 1988. It too was accompanied by a lot of media hype and controversy. It was boycotted by many Christians, sometimes whole Church congregations protested against it. It was a flop. It had some of the same themes as “The Da Vinci Code”, Jesus’ sexual fantasies about Mary Magdalene while he was dying on the cross to suggest an improper relationship between them.

I don’t know if it is true or not, but purportedly there was a movie idea in the early 70’s to portray Jesus as a homosexual. At least that was a rumor that floated around. I haven’t found anything yet to show it was ever really made.

I heard a substitute host on the Rush Limbaugh talk radio program today assert two things that I disagreed with. One of his statements was a generalization where he seemed to think that most Christians live in doubt regarding their faith, with the implication that a movie like this would possibly appeal to them and possibly do harm. Only people with real strong faith live doubt free.

That some Christians experience doubt as a faith crisis at times in their spiritual life is believable. I know I had some serious doubts during my college years in my early twenties. I even flirted with converting to agnosticism. But, the notion that the general state of Christians today is one of doubt, I reject as being an over the top statement.

His other statement was that Christians should use the “is nothing sacred?” line to draw a bottom line and with outrage demand the movie and the book be culled. Nothing could be further from the truth. To this guy, lack of Christian outrage was wrong. Christians are guilty of being too tolerant. He even posed the question to one caller as to what the caller would do if someone made a movie based on nothing but lies about his father.

The radio host seemed to forget all about freedom of speech. The writer of “The Da Vinci Code” novel and the director of the film and all other writers and producers who wish to paint Jesus in a blasphemous light have every right to do so. That right is protected by the First Amendment. To proclaim they don’t is unconstitutional, and frankly, un-American.

The proper way to underscore the “is their nothing sacred?” bottom line would be via a boycott of the book and the movie. There is no law that says one must buy the book or attend a showing of the film. If it is demonstrated that making such controversial and potentially blasphemous films is economically a foolish venture, then the trend will simply go away.

If a manufacturer decided that he wanted to mass produce statues of say a “cross-eyed” Jesus Christ with his tongue sticking out and making a crude gesture with his hand, and no one wanted them, he would have to scrap his project. Even if he was stubborn enough and wasted his whole funds on producing them anyway, what good would warehouses full of those hideous statues do him?

“The Da Vinci Code” is just another in a long line of attempts to drag out old heresies about Jesus Christ that never made it into Christian scripture and was flat out rejected back at the start and pretend that they are new discoveries, new ways of looking at Jesus. Maybe the Church is wrong and has been lying to every one all these many years. It’s all a big conspiracy theory.

As such it is nothing more than “much ado about nothing”. Me, I refuse to waste any energy on “The Da Vinci Code” or any other such dressed up heresies, and just ignore them all flat out. I’ve got better things to occupy my time reading or watching. I know where I stand. I don’t need a new book or movie to help me find my bearings.

An Alternative For Conservatives Disillusioned With George W Bush & The Republican Party.

President Bush's, and for that matter the Republican Party's, lack of willingness to actually stand up to Mexico's President, Viciente Fox, and agree to seal up our country's borders with a wall that rivials the "Great Wall Of China" as well as deport those illegal aliens from Mexico that have invaded our country has added to conservative voter's disillusion with both of them.

However, I think that cooler heads should prevail here.

Instead of throwing our votes away and toward the benefit of Democratic candidates by voting for some third party or, God forbid, voting for a Democrat to punish wayward Republicans, we should all instead vote for new Republican candidates and therefore oust current Republican candidates from office.

Couple that with highlighting the lesson that should be learned by the new incumbants, that failure to come through with campaign promises to their conservative voters means the certain death of their politcal career, and you go along way toward getting Republican politicians to get in line, and stop playing politics, and actually begin to reform and rescue our country from the damage done by the liberal Democrats thus far.

This is the best way to ensure that Washington respects the wishes of its constituency.

Otherwise, it will always be "business as usual" in Washington DC with the Democrats and Republicans sharing cocktails in celebration of their continued political power and yet continuing to fooling the American public on camera with their "staged" opposition to one another on camera.

If we don't get the undivided attention of those politicians in Washington DC right now, we stand to lose our country to the flood of illegal aliens, mostly Mexican, who will sooner or later be the majority and change our nation's language, culture, and Constitution.

We just might one day wake up to find ourselves "Greater Mexico." [and you think Ozzy Osbourne pissing on The Alamo was a disgrace!]

It will then be too late to save our great American culture.

And it will be because we refused to hold our politicians in Washington DC responsible.

I guess TV shows like "American Idol" and "Lost" are more important right now.

But, I sure hope not!

According To Democrats, Insistance On English As Our Nation's Native Language Is Flat Out Racist!

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D) has decided that any attempt to make English the official language of the United States Of America, (which it actually has been since 1776, so why do we need a law in the first place?), a racist move.

Racist?

Let's see, in America, for years, Irish-Americans, Italian-Americans, African-Americans, Native-Americans, German-Americans, French-Americans, Russian-Americans, Greek-Americans, Spanish-Americans, Danish-Americans, Mexican-Americans, Venezuelan-Americans, Puerto Rican-Americans, Brazilian-Americans, Japaneese-Americans, Chinese-Americans, ad nausem.... have been speaking English. Not only, domestically but internationaly, so how is declaring English the national language of the United States Of America racist exactly?

It's not.

No more than calling Japan racist for expecting immigrants to speak Japanese, or Great Britain expecting its immigrants to speak English, or Spain expecting its immigrants to speak Spanish, or France expecting its immigrants to speak French, or Mexico expecting its immigrants to speak Spanish.

I think that Howard Reid is the one who is a racist, and an idiot to boot. He is definately a racist by North Carolina professor, Mike Adams' new defintion of racists, that is, someone who injects racism (i.e. plays the "race card") every chance they get into situations that would otherwise make no sense.

This is the emotional bomb that liberal Democrats like Harry Reid use so that they can divert anyone from actually demanding a rational argument from them in defense of their liberal, anti-American position. It fools some, but not all of us here in America.

I'm willing to bet that Harry doesn't even speak Spanish. I wonder what he would do if he won his argument, and faced dealing with a police officer who only spoke Spanish.

Of course, since he is a Senator, he would get "special treatment" (aka a pass), but, the rest of us would not be so lucky.

Yeah, Democrat's like old Harry have your back.

Remember this at election time, along with the too many times to count, Democratic whining, lies, and bitterness.

Vote Democrat?

I think not!

Poor Howard, Like A True Liberal, He Forgot To Understand His Opponent's Position Before He Opposed It On National TV

Screaming Howard Dean, the poster boy for the unhinged Democrat liberal, managed to somehow find time in between his maniacal screaming to get his foot in his mouth last night. Around an hour after President Bush's address to the nation, Dean appeared on Comedy Central's The Daily Show featuring John Stewart making the idiotic assertion that Bush can't even find a 6 foot 4 inch Saudi terrorist like Bin Laden, how is he going to find the 12 million undocumented workers in this country and send them all back across the border.

Maybe if Howard Dean would just slow down and focus, he would do less foaming at the mouth and actually have half a chance to make at least some modicum of sense. What a loon. I for one find him entertaining, and I hope that he continues to represent the Democrats for years to come. Ok. Maybe years to come is not really possible, since, with oafs like him serving as a spokesmen the Democratic party, it will actually spell death to the Democratic party. Since only other oafes like Howard Dean could possibly find the Democrat party's position attractive enough to vote the liberal, Demcrat ticket.

To the dismay of conservatives like me, President Bush is no where near, being against deporting the 12 million illegal aliens present here in our country. In fact he seems to want to put them on the fast track to legal status. Perhaps if Howard Dean had actually listened Bush's speech last night, he would have known that. But, no. It's all about hating Bush. Poor Howard. He probably thought his little Bush bashing moment on "The Daily Show" made him look like such an intelligent, and witty kind of guy. Actually, it exposed him as either an idiot who is unable to comprehend Bush's stated postion regarding the illegal aliens in our country, or a bald face liar, who thinks the voting population is comprised of complete and total malleable idiots.

Howard Dean is obviously a fraud and a joke. If I were silly enough to be a liberal Democrat, I would be exerting all of my energy right now toward finding a way of shutting Howard Dean up.

President Bush To The Illegal Aliens In America Today, "Shame On You. But, Somos Amigos. Vale?"

Ok. I listened to President Bush’s address to the nation regarding his plan to deal with both our open borders and the illegal alien situation. I will applaud him on at least paying attention to the issue and coming up with a plan to deal with it. But, there is where we part ways.

As I stated in the last post I made to my blog, I voted for him. I don’t regret the vote, (can you imagine the pickle we would be in under President Al Gore, or President John Kerry? I thought so.). Nonetheless, I am not a “W” sycophant. I disagree with quite a few of his stances. On this issue I definitely disagree with his position. However, I am not about to go around screaming for his impeachment either. Unlike the hypocritical democrats who have forgotten the rules regarding impeachment charges, I don’t see any “high crimes and misdemeanors” in the fact that Bush’s plan doesn’t match mine.

That being said…

Right off the bat in his speech he referred to the illegal aliens in our country as “decent”, “hard-working” people who are a “part of American life”. How is someone who sneaks into our country illegally to be considered “decent”? If these vermin are decent, what are the ones who are making and have made the financial sacrifices to immigrate to this country legally?

How are illegal aliens a “part of American life”? Is the fact of their illegal invasion here in large numbers a part of American life that we just have to deal with? Or, is it the normal American way of life to welcome those who ignore legal immigration means to enter this country with open arms as “decent hard working people who are willing to do the work that American citizens refuse to do”?

Bush then went on to announce his administration’s plan to add 6,000 bodies to the border patrol to help turn back the tide of the flood of illegal aliens into this country.
With borders thousands and thousands of miles long, how are a mere 6,000 more bodies going to make a difference?

The President went on to outline his ideas for physically securing the border. It turns out that his plan includes some hodge-podge mixture of: fences in city areas, physical barriers in rural areas, infra-red monitors, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).

Bush also promised to deploy the National Guard to the borders to help build fences and monitor sensors for a period of one year until modern technological discoveries can fill in the void. Does he mean until Star Trek technology exists? Pretending that technology will provide an answer within one year of the deployment of National Guard troops is naive at best.

President Bush offered his criticism of the country’s past “capture and release program” that occurred when captured illegal aliens had to be released back into society with new court dates when it became clear that their countries of origin wouldn’t necessarily take them back. What did these illegal aliens do? They escaped and moved somewhere else. Of course, what did our stupid government expect them to do? Volunteer for incarceration until their country agreed to take them back? Since when did criminals play by the rules?

President Bush also affirmed his resolve to proclaim to the countries that these illegal aliens came from that they must “accept them back”. Ok. And if they refuse, then what?

Bush stated that many cross our borders illegally in search of work and will continue to do so “no matter what”. Well, they won’t be able to do so if it is physically impossible, now will they?

Bush went on to describe his Guest Worker Program as, a legal path for these illegal aliens to enter here for a limited time to do jobs that, “Americans are not doing”. Oh, really? First off, Americans aren’t doing these jobs because they are being filled by illegal aliens. Second, I see a potential never ending illegal alien cycle here. First come here illegally (AKA sneak across the border). Then, when you have spent your allotted government approved free time here, you go back home and wait until your turn on the US government sanctioned, illegal alien merry-go-round comes again.

Our President declared that he was against any “free path to citizenship” for these illegal aliens. Ok so far, so good. His “Guest Worker Program would require that these illegal aliens pay all back taxes to the government based on the illegal wages that they have earned during their illegal employment here. And that they should then be prepared to wait in line behind all of those immigrants to our country who have applied for entrance via the legal way. Ok. I can buy that. However, he then goes on to confound all of this.

Bush then goes on to state something along the lines of: “Every human being has dignity and value, no matter what his citizenship papers say.” Oh really, so those who break our nation’s immigration laws and sneak in here across the border, evading our border patrol have dignity and worth?

Our President then goes on to propose that immigrants to this country are what they have always been, comprised of people who “thirst for freedom”. I’m sorry, but in this case, it’s people who salivate for money. Money their own corrupt government denies them. Money and jobs that they are taking away from legitimate Americans. This is money filtering into their home countries’ economies. This is American money that serves as a buffer that prevents corrupt governments such as Mexican President Fox from actually having to address corruption reform in his country.

Not once did President Bush admit to this fact. Not once did he challenge Mexico’s President Fox as to his country’s role in this illegal invasion of our country. Sadly, Bush is just another in a long line of politicians who crave party votes more than actual border security.

Otherwise, he has done an outstanding job when it comes to national security since 9/11.

Again, would you have preferred Al Gore? John, “I served in Vietnam” Kerry”?

Again, I didn’t think so.

United 93 And The Call For One Nation United Against The Terrorist Organization Behind 9/11

A few days ago I took my son to see the movie "United 93" in the theaters. I don't frequent theaters much any more. In my opinion the price of the ticket is far too high, and the price of popcorn and a soda (for some reason I can't watch a movie without popcorn and a coke, perhaps it was all of those subliminal messages flashed at me on the drive-in movie screens earlier in my youth) is outrageously high. So, I usually just rent the movies I want to see and watch them at home where a pause button is handy and the price of popcorn isn't so steep.

However, every once in a while a film comes out that just demands to be experienced in the environment of a movie theater. "United 93" was just such a film. Let me tell you, it was well worth the price of the ticket. Heck, I don't even feel so bad about throwing so much of my money away on the popcorn and coke.

Despite what the weak-minded people who cried: "it's too soon" upon annoucement of its return, it is definatley not too soon for these brave Americans' story to be told. In fact, if any thing, it could have been told sooner.

I'm not a movie critic, and I'm not pretending to be one here, but, here is my take on the film.
From the beginning of the action, you can pretty much count on remaining at the edge of your seat. The fact that we all know what happened on that infamous day doesn't ruin the experience at all.

The movie doesn't just focuse soley on United Flight 93 and her crew, passengers, and the terrorists, but actually unfolds the days events as they happen, jumping back and forth between the Flight 93 expericence and the other 9/11 events as they unfolded. So, you get the full 9/11 experience.

Thankfully, this the director of this film has done a good job of capturing what happened that day as it was, "un-sugar coated". Absent from this film is any of the usual liberal, Hollwood left's sanctimonious propaganda. The terrorists aren't presented in this film as victims of the evil, capitalistic agenda of the government of America who understandingly did what they did. They are presented in all of their fanatical, violent evilness. I would have walked out of the theater if it had been the typical claptrap coming out of Hollywood, or from traitorous jerks like Michael Moore.

The film does an excellent job of conveying the enormous task that the air traffic controllers faced on that day. It shows the confusion that they, we all felt as the days events unfolded. It also highlights the broken chains of communication between the FAA and the military, as well as the military's inability to determine what the rules of engagment were as far as taking down hijacked flights before they struck their targets

I think it is safe to say that any American who sees this film and walks out not being pissed off and upset deserves his or her patriotism questioned.

We've all been exposed to the liberals who, after making a number of anti-American statements, and then huff, "don't you dare question my patriotism!", because they want the rest of us to swallow the idea that being anti-American is somehown the American way. They may have gotten away with it so far, but no pass is extended upon exiting the movie theaters after watching this movie, that is, assuming they will even bother to see it.

Those who think it is too soon to remember are the ones who want us to keep our eyes covered and pretend nothing ever happened. These fools are the ones who only recognize their peril after it is too late, and the scimitar blade is at their throats. I think it is best to ignore them and remember what happened.

Also, there is something really unique here. The first response to the blood thirsty, demon possed Islamo-Fascist terroist wasn't delivered by the military, but rather, by regular American citizens aboard United Airlines Flight 93. These people are true heroes. Not only do they deserve recognition for their bravery and selflessness when it came to protecting their country, they deserve the support of true Americans to ignore the "it's too soon" liberal, appeasement crowd and go experience this film.

God bless America and God bless those Americans who refuse to listen to the liberal claptrap and choose to remember 9/11 and those heroes aboard United Airlines Flight 93. Shame on the disgusting, liberal, anti-American, appeasers who want us to believe that it is, "too soon". The day people of this mind-set leave our great country couldn't be soon enough!

The Audacity Of The Illegal Alien Protesters And Their Misguided Supporters

Here's a letter that is making rounds throughout cyberspace. According to Neil Boortz, in today's section of Neil's Nuze it was originally submitted to the editor of a North Carolina newspaper, author unknown. Whoever wrote this has nailed it regarding the illegal alien controversy we are now facing. In case you haven't seen it here it is:

To the Editor:

Recently large demonstrations have taken place across the country protesting the fact that Congress is finally addressing the issue of illegal immigration. Certain people are angry that the U.S. might protect its own borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and once here, to stay indefinitely.

Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests.

Let's say I break into your house. Let's say that when you discover me in your home you insist that I leave. But, I say, "I've made all the beds and washed the dishes and did the laundry and swept the floors: I've done all the things you don't like to do. I'm hard-working and honest ... except for that part where I broke into your house.

"According to the protestors, not only must you let me stay, you must add me to your family's insurance plan and provide other benefits for me and my family. My husband will do your yard work because he too is hard-working and honest ... except for that breaking in thing.

"If you try to call the police or force me out I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my right to be here. It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm hard-working and honest .... ummmmm .... except for that breaking in thing.

"Besides. What a deal it is for me! I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness, prejudice and being anti-housebreaker!

Did I miss anything? Does this sound reasonable to you? If it does, grab a sign and go picket something. If this sounds insane to you call your senators and enlighten them because they are stumbling in the darkness right now and really need your help.

(Name? _______________)

Yep. That sums up the audacity of the illegal aliens claims perfectly. President Bush is supposed to address the nation tonight and announce his plans for what he is proposing to do about our open borders and the illegal alien crisis. I'm not holding my breath for any satisfying solution coming from him.

I am not Bush synchophant. I voted for him. I don't regret that decision one bit. But there are a number of things he has stood for that I've scratched my head over. His "guest worker" program is one of them.

To give these illegal aliens a pass and help them to obtain either permant resident visas or citizenship is a gross insult and a huge injustice to the people who have made the financial sacrifice and the sacrifice of time wading through all of the confusing red tape of bureaucracy that the legal means costs to immigrate here legally.

Just as you don't reward people who illegally steal money from banks, or break into peoples' houses or businesses and commit the crime of larceny, these illegal aliens shouldn't be rewarded for what they did by skipping the legal way into our country and just sneaking in here, taking our money through wages earned illegally and then sending it back home to ultimately boost their corrupt government's economy.

I say we should close our borders. Then, start the process of rounding up all of the illegal aliens and putting them back over the wall where they belong. Can we find them all? Some are claiming that the numbers are too high and its practically impossible to find and deport all of those who are here in our country illegally. I agree that it would be a monumental undertaking, but, given enough time, surely we could do it. But, just because it promises to be a gigantic undertaking as has been pointed out, doesn't mean that we shouldn't allow that fact to stop us from starting it in the first place. How did that ancient chinese proverb go? Something like "the journey of a thousand miles begins with one small step." Or something to that effect.

I agree with Neil Boortz that if we punish those who employ these illegal workers in our country severly enough, work for them would dry up. If they find themselves unable to get work, unable to receive government social services and money, and if their new born are no longer are granted automatic citizenship, I'll bet we wouldn't have to finish the giant task of identifying them and tossing them back over the wall. The rest that we didn't identify would voluntarily leave. There would no longer be anything in it for them to stay here.

I don't think we need to imprision them though. I, and a whole lot of other Americans, will be happy just to see them leave. On the other hand, if they want to come here the legal way, learn to speak English and commit to becoming an American and embrace the American way of life then, I say come on over. Bienvenidos!

Rich, The Champion Of Liberal Cowards

Once again, I have had the experience of tangling with yet another liberal with no intellectual support for his beliefs and no integrity to boot. How does he cover his ineptness up? Like other liberals I have encountered, this liberal coward has deleted my comments on his blog that expose him for what he is, so that, he can continue to delude himself and his fans as to the validity and superiority of his position.

This particular inhabitant of the liberal blog echo chamber is creative. He has added a new liberal ploy. That is, the tactic of making a post starring your opponent in which you dismiss his viewpoint as irrelevant and declare your victory without ever having to prove your point. And, oh by the way, should he respond by posting comments on your sham post, simply delete his rebuttal, and proclaim him as the first "crazy jackass" that you have ever deleted comments from.

I predict that this is just the beginning for Rich over at http://www.championable.com. He will undoubtedly continue to delete any serious challenge to his flimsy viewpoint from now on. That way he gets to tout his imaginary superior intelligence without ever having to actually prove it.

While Rich may feel smug in his delusional victory, here is the actual exchange that occured.

First Rich's post, and then my response, which he deleted from his blog to protect the giant whole in his position from being exposed.

Honorable Hypocrite.

I've had it. I give up. I'm done. For the last few months, I've tried to engage two conservatives in rational conversation about Iraq, the ACLU, etc. One of them, I've decided, acts as a parrot for the other. So I'm dismissing that dude retroactively. The other has reduced his arguments to "I don't believe you."

As in:

Me: I believe troop strength at the start of the invasion of Iraq should have been 300% the size it was.
Him: I don't believe you actually believe that.

That's a dead end for me. I mean, can you think of a better way to say "Fuck you" than to call someone a liar? I can't. Other than, of course, "Fuck you."

Are we really that polarized? Is there no room for discussion without insults and sarcasm? Increasingly, it seems not. It's sad.

A friend of mine pointed out today how Newt Gingrich is an incredibly smart dude who totally knows his shit... he pointed out that, while in Congress, Newt got caught up in the expediency of throwing bombs instead of working things out. And it worked for him, for a while. But in the end, it did him in.

As a country, we have to stop resorting to saying utterly useless things like "Liberals hate the military." Or "Liberals hate America." Let's talk about individual issues. One at a time.

Sensibly.

Love to all. Even you, the honorable hypocrite.

And now for the response that he deleted to save his ass:

Rich,

Well see…this is why neither James nor I can discuss anything with you. You never actually defended your views with any substantive discourse, and in the end resort to name calling and creating an entire post on either of us or both expressing your disgust with us.
I’ve been featured in three such posts. I guess I’m supposed to feel honored?

I’m not sure exactly what an “honorable hypocrite” is. It goes right alongside your nonsensical characterization of me as being guilty of “unfocused derision”, that is it doesn’t make any sense. I don’t know about your personal ethics, but honorable is not a word I would tack on to the word hypocrite. And if you ever actually read my blog, it would be instantly clear to you that I am definitely focused on my topic. If by derision you mean mocking and exposing opinions that are wrong, well then I suppose there is some derision present on my blog. But, I can assure you that it is well focused.

It’s not clear in your post who the honorable hypocrite is. Is it James? If so, you have failed to explain just how he is a hypocrite?

I’m going to assume that I must be your so called “parrot” of James’ views that you are dismissing retroactively. Again, here is yet another demonstration that you either don’t understand what that term means, or you are being disingenuous. Kind of like your post where you call yourself the new conservative.

The posts on my blog don’t mirror the posts in James in any particular way. He posts on different things than I do. The common threads between us is that we are politically speaking conservatives who vote Republican, because we know that voting for any third party just throws votes over to the Democrat party, which is predominately liberal in its viewpoint. So, if two people who espouse the same political viewpoint means that one of them is a parrot of the other, then which liberal blogger are you a parrot of?

I suspect that you are dismissing me “retroactively” (whatever that means) because you really don’t have anything you can say to counter my arguments and or prop your viewpoint up. Instead you hide behind labels like “the other’s parrot” and “unfocused derision”. Let’s face it, the times I have responded to you on my blog you never did much more than label me with ambiguous titles, arrogantly proclaim you’ll check back when you see more facts, post a bunch of questions, as if you were issuing me homework, and make disingenuous questions like:

(referring to the Democratic party) “How is it socialist, exactly?”

As if you want me to believe:

you didn’t understand the liberal vision of bigger government, more social programs, more government control over citizens lives (democratic socialism)

you weren’t aware that liberals dominate the Democratic party and its platform.

But as I’ve said, although I have responded to you, you never provide any substantive counterargument, let alone explain what is wrong with my view.

You said:

That's a dead end for me. I mean, can you think of a better way to say "Fuck you" than to call someone a liar? I can't. Other than, of course, "Fuck you."

Maybe this is what you mean by unfocused derision.

So, let me get this straight, if someone dares to call you out on something, they’re screaming “fuck you”? Please, Rich. Are you really that sensitive? Maybe this is a reflection of your values, but they are yours alone.

Whenever someone doesn’t agree with my viewpoint or something I state, “Fuck you” is hardly what I think they are saying. I’m thinking they have a problem with what I have stated and disagree with me. You probably need to get over disagreements with your viewpoint and move along.

You said:

As a country, we have to stop resorting to saying utterly useless things like "Liberals hate the military." Or "Liberals hate America." Let's talk about individual issues. One at a time.Sensibly.

Two questions for you:

Are you really that arrogant, to think that you should serve as the moderator for any of the political banter back and forth in our country?

What do you mean by sensible? Would that be your viewpoint and yours only?

Well, good luck. I’ve wasted more than my fair share of time with you expecting that you were possibly a liberal that I could have a good debate with. I was wrong. You are not what is wrong with those who hold to the liberal viewpoint, you are typical.

Love to all Americans, even you Rich, despite your arrogance.

Where is the love Rich?

The only "jackass" here is Rich. I guess when it comes to actually putting some substance to his liberal form he just couldn't muster it. Instead, he took the despicable coward's way out: delete your opponent's comments and then proclaim him to be a "crazy jack ass". I guess his readers are expected to just take his word that his opponent is a "crazy jack ass". It speaks volumes as to his character.

And so, yet another liberal has exposed himself for what he is. You gotta love it.

What a shame. I thought for a while there that Rich was different. I was wrong.

If for some reason you should crave more of Rich's delusional world of disingenuous political claptrap you can find his site linked in my "Wrong Headed" list.

Politically he is a coward, but you will find some redeeming qualities in him. Especially when it comes to how good of a daddy he is to his little girl, and how much he adores his wife, Maggie, (that is if you can get past his self highlighted propensity to flirt and have crushes on at least two other women within the last year, but don't worry, they became his friends).

Love to you Rich, even if you are a political coward and just can't seem to commit to your wife completely.

Cheap Labor???

A good friend of mine sent this to me via e-mail. This illustrates clearly the lie behind the liberal notion that illegal aliens provide "cheap labor" and are willing to do the jobs that Americans are unwilling to do.

I'll admit the liberal spin sounds so enticing. However, like with everything else they proclaim, once it is submitted to closer scrutiny, their claims turn out to be disengenous spin aimed at fooling people incapable of critical thinking.

So, if you are one of those who still the think the liberal defense of the poor, innocent, undocumented workers rings true, consider this:

The phrase "cheap labor" is a myth, a farce, and a lie.

There is no such thing as "cheap labor."

Take, for example, an illegal Mexican who sneaks in here with his wife and five children. He takes a job for five or six dollars an hour. At that wage with six dependents he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent, food stamps, and free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care.

His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school, and require bilingual teachers and books that taxpayers provide.

He doesn't have to worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance.

Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins, and printed material.

He cannot be fired, harassed, or sued.

He and his family receive the equivalent of $20 to $30 an hour in benefits, while working Americans are lucky to have $5 or $6 an hour left after paying their bills and his, and paying for increased crime, graffiti, and trash cleanup.

Cheap labor? Let's think that through again !!!

Of course, just like the lazy scoundrels in our society who claim to be infinitly vicitmized when asked to do their part, I'm sure there are those from both the illegal alien camp and their foolish defenders who consider any attempt to stop these criminals from living off the fat of the land at the American tax payer's expense a blatant act of mean spirited racism.

To those charlatans I say, bring it on! I am well aware of what words mean and I am in no way going to let them get away with deceitful misuse of a word's meaning to prop up their immoral position.

A Little Ilegal Alien/Open Border Humor

A huge earthquake with the strength of 8.1 on the Richter scale has hit Mexico. Twenty million Mexicans have died and over a million are injured. The country is totally ruined and the government doesn't know where to start with providing help to rebuild. The rest of the world is in shock.

Canada is sending troops to help the Mexican army.
Saudi Arabia is sending oil.
Other Latin American countries are sending supplies.
The European community (except France) is sending food and money.

The United States, not to be outdone, is sending twenty million replacement Mexicans.

God Bless America !

Hand-cuffed Chaplains And The UCMJ

In a story found here, a Navy Chaplain is facing court martial charges for praying in uniform outside on the steps of the White House.

Lt. Gordon Klingenschmitt attended a protest organized outside the White House to protest the Department of Defense’s (DoD) policy on prayers that military chaplains can give. It is forbidden to make prayers in the name of Jesus Christ.

The charges levied against Klingenschmitt maintain that he violated orders issued to him forbidding him from participating in any public protest in uniform. Klingenschmitt disregarded the orders of the officers over him and attended the protest in uniform anyway.

Klingenschmitt, has rejected non judicial punishment and is asking for a trial by court martial. He is also bringing counter charges against the Navy claiming that the very threat of punishment against him constitutes religious harassment. He hopes the White House will step in and put an end to what he sees as the Navy’s attempt at getting even with a “whistle blower”.

Let me first say that as a Christian, I find the military’s politically correct posture of watering down its prayers so that no one is offended wrong and in violation of one's Constitutional rights. If a Christian chaplain wants to pray to his God, he should have every right to do that. The First Amendment guarantees him that right.

However, Lt Klingenschmitt is an officer in the Navy. He is responsible for following the guidelines and policies that his service branch and the DoD have published. Military members are bound by stricter laws and codes of conduct than civilians are. They are responsible to live under the dictates of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and the various DOD and service specific regulations and policies.

Military members are forbidden to wear the uniform when participating in public speeches, interviews, picket lines, marches, or rallies or political events. This is to prevent any implication that the military supports the views and opinions of the individual attending such events.

Regardless of his convictions regarding the unfairness of the ban on mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in chaplains’ prayers, he was not at liberty to disregard military policy regarding the wear of the uniform in public protests. He swore an oath of allegiance at his commissioning as an officer in the Navy. In that oath he swore to obey the orders of the officers over him. Both officers and non-commissioned officers are responsible for upholding military standards and being a living example of adherence to that standard for the ranks below them, as well as above them.

Lt. Klingenschmitt’s blatant disregard of DoD orders in favor of his own personal religious cause was definitely conduct unbecoming of an officer of the United States Navy and the military as a whole. His punishment is not religious harassment or discrimination. It is punishment for disobeying the lawful orders he is obligated to obey.

There are ways to address the ban on the mention of Jesus Christ in prayers. Blatantly ignoring DoD regulations is not one of them. While I sympathize with him in his disagreement with DoD’s ban on allowing Christian chaplains to mention their religion’s founder, Jesus Christ, in their prayers, I have to stand on the side of the Navy on this one.

Regulations are regulations. As an officer he knew full well what the expectations of him were. Instead, he willingly chose to flaunt his disregard for them. He now must pay the price for his actions.

I can certainly understand Lt. Klingenschmitt’s objections. I have a really good friend who was a chaplain in the Navy. He eventually left the Navy, because he could not in good faith continue with the military’s politically correct, watered down version of his religion. He loved his job as a chaplain, and knowing him, I’m sure that he was good at it, but, his religious integrity clashed with what was expected of him so he did the honorable thing and resigned his commission.

Why Lt. Klingenschmitt chose a court martial instead of non-judicial punishment is puzzling. I suspect he thinks that by making a spectacle of the whole affair, he can get the media involved and attempt to drag the Department of the Navy through a media scandal until they relent and drop all charges against him, as well as change their policy.

As I stated earlier, there are ways to make changes to policies that you don’t agree with. Dragging the military service he is a member of through some media scandal is not the way. In fact, if that is what he wants, then he doesn’t deserve to be a part of the Navy any more.

For the sake of overall military justice and good morale, he should be court martialed, and dishonorably discharged, or at the very least discharged under conditions other than honorable for his actions. He has set a bad example to not only those under his rank, but for military members of all ranks. Just because you don’t happen to agree with a military order doesn’t release you from your duty to obey it.

Ways To Fight Back Against Illegal Immigration

Are you fed up with the illegal alien situation and those scoundrel employers who hire them and thus keep them coming here illegally, taking jobs from American citizens, and exporting our money out of our country and into theirs?
World Net Daily as an article at their site that offers up some ways you can fight back.

First, there is HireUSFirst.com. That’s a site that tracks places that don’t hire illegal aliens, only citizens and those that are here legally. They also encourage people to only do business with these places, and so, boycott the places that hire illegal aliens.

This is not a bad idea. If the American consumer would stop doing business with those who employ illegal aliens, they would either stop employing illegal aliens, or go out of business. Either way, the illegal alien would be forced to go back to their own country where they belong, or seek legal status to live and work here.

Another place to check out is WeHireAliens.com. This site tracks those who are employing illegal aliens and serves as a “hall of shame”. According to World Net Daily’s article, the site already has over 1,300 entries in their hall of shame from 43 states. The site also encourages the consumer to boycott these places as well as providing form letters people can send to these employers advising them of the negative repercussions their continued employment of illegal aliens can mean for any volume of sales and profit.

For citizens who want to report illegal aliens directly to the government, there is ReportIllegals.com. There is a $10 fee, but the services claims to provide a “simple, fast, and anonymous way to report illegal aliens and illegal employers to the appropriate U.S. government agencies.” If you don’t like the hassles of red tape, it might just be worth the fee.

IllegalAliens.us is a site that provides a wealth of information about the illegal alien issue. I like the sites greeting: “Calling an illegal alien an undocumented immigrant is like calling a burglar an uninvited house guest” The site even has links to places where you can buy cool merchandise like this:

The bottom line is that even if the federal government isn’t really interested in closing our borders and putting a stop to our illegal immigration problem, the citizens of this country can do something about the illegal immigration crisis we are facing. There’s no need for violence or direct confrontation. If the citizens of this country will stop patronizing businesses who employ illegal aliens to get their products made, or do business with places that do, then those businesses will either die out due to the inability to make enough profit to exist, or will be forced to stop hiring illegal immigrants and start hiring only those workers who are here in this country legally.

Once illegal aliens began to find it impossible to find work here, they will either stop coming here illegally, or they will immigrate here the legal way.

Personally speaking, if they just want to come here for the work, I’d rather they stay in their own country. I’m all for welcoming immigrants from other countries into our country, if they want to come here and be a part of our great country because they love it and look forward to doing their part to make America a stronger better nation.

People who only want to come here for the jobs, owe no loyalty to our country and couldn’t care less about contributing anything to making America better. I’d prefer they stay in their own homeland and work to make their country a better place to live in.

How Dare You Accuse My Little Angel Of Slander!!!

The ACLU has rushed to the defense of yet another vile action proving once again, that if you are a member of this wicked organization, you might want to consider having second thoughts about what you are giving your money and support to.

In a story found here, the ACLU has once again rushed to prevent the just punishment of a person who has committed a vile act.

From defending adult male pedophiles’ imaginary rights to teach other similar vermin how to abduct innocent young boys and rape them against their will, (NAMBLA), to defending the hate-filled cult of Fred Phelps and his imaginary right to crash funerals of our fallen military, now the ACLU seems to think it is important to defend the imaginary rights of a 14 year old student to portray her teachers on her “My Space” web-site as child predators even though it is not true, and thereby dragging their reputations into the mud and quite possibly endangering their professional careers, all because of the juvenile delinquent’s right to “express herself on the internet”.

Excuse me. I’m not a lawyer, but isn’t there such as a legal term as slander, and aren’t there penal measures to punish it when it presents itself in a court of law? And isn’t this what the girl is really guilty of?

Falsely representing someone’s character in a manner that can cause damage to their reputation is a crime.

Those teachers that this egotistical brat have slandered stand to catch repercussions from her frolic on the Internet that could ruin their professional careers and relegate their years of study and the money and sacrifices spent on getting the credentials to enter their chosen profession into the garbage can.

The school board, at first, sought to punish the girl for her actions, as any sane, right thinking person would expect them to do. But, in steps the ACLU to defend the atrocity.

The result?

The school board’s lawyers convince them that it isn’t worth the long drawn out trail as well as potential six figure monitorial cost of trying to stand up to such a threat to common decency as the great ACLU dragon poses so the school board backed down and the ACLU won the day.

The little brat only had to spend a mere 6 weeks in suspension, (with district paid tutors to help her sorry butt, read tax payers of that area screwed once again by the government) and her parents, perhaps the worst villains in this case, succeeded in demonstrating to their daughter that any time you are upset with someone all you have to do is smear their name and reputation in any way you can and the ACLU will rush to your defense. You will get away with it. Regardless, of whether or not you are in the wrong.

The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. This speaks volumes about the little tramp's parents. Instead of being upset with her for exposing herself on the internet with her slutty pornographic web cam performance, and being concerned about the danger of the real sexual predators out there who would just love to get their greasy paws all over her body, they instead ran to the ACLU to cover her butt, from the punishment she should have received.

I wonder how quick her parents will be at getting upset if, God forbid, her little sexual show on the Internet, leads to more sexual activity and her ultimately pregnancy. What will they have to say then? Will they recognize that their condoning of their daughters actions via her little protest on her “My Space” account was a major contributing factor to her predicament?

My guess is no. They will probably seek someone else to blame it on.

What can I say?

Once again the ACLU has demonstrated to decent American citizens that they aren’t so much about “freedom of speech” as they are promoting the freedom of to break the law under the disguise of freedom of speech.

I’m not a dues paying member of the Atheist Communist Litigation Union (ACLU), are you?

Abu Ghriab Is Too Good For This Pond Scum!

Fox news has reported that a major al Qaeda leader one, Mustafa Setmarian Nasar [try and say that name 10 time fast!] was captured and arrested in Pakistan back in November. This yet more proof that we are not losing the war against the terrorists we are winning. [Most everybody gets it, except for those living in the fantasy world where Osama Bin Laden's capture is all that is needed to silence the terrorists forever.]

I think he should be taken and placed in an internment camp in one of those countries who won't hesitate to use brutal torture. I say full steam ahead with the torture! Whatever it takes to get this blood-thirsty demon possessed vermin to speak.

For those cowards of the appeasment persuasion, I ask you this: at what point does avoiding torture out weigh the prevention of future loss of innocent lives of both our military soldiers as well as civilians?

"I Voted For The War Before I Voted Against It. I Mean I..."

Libertarian radio talk show host, Neil Boortz does a good job of exposing the hypocrisy of those Democrats whose constant mantra is to blame the problems we are having in Iraq with the insurgent and terrorist attacks on our military and the new Iraqi government on President Bush.

According to them, the war on Iraq was all Bush's idea. It was Bush's war not theirs. Nice try. But, Boortz calls them out on it. Here is an excerpt from his post:

Now that things have gotten rough in Iraq and it's tough sledding, a bunch of Democrats have come out and ripped the president over the war now for several years. But to call it his war...I don't think so. For a little background, let's take a look at some of the Democratic senators that voted in favor of Joint Resolution 114, the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002. They include:

Harry Reid of Nevada, Democrat
Joe Biden of Delaware, Democrat
Max Cleland of Georgia, Democrat (included because he would like everyone to forget)
John Edwards of North Carolina, Democrat
John Kerry of Massachusetts, Democrat
Chuck Schumer of New York, Democrat
Hillary Clinton of New York, Democrat

Of course the spin that they try to counter this with goes along the lines of:

"Bush lied to us all. If I had known he was lying I would never have voted in favor of going to war with Iraq."

Nice try. So, I guess what the voter can take away from this lame excuse is that their vote for these individuals is a wasted one.

After all, we entrust these men and women with the awesome responsiblity of handling the affairs of our nation. If they are that incompetant when it comes to being able to make a fully informed decision regarding placing our men and women of the Armed Forces in mortal danger, then they obviously don't belong in Washington DC.

Never mind the fact that Bush didn't lie and that this been emphasized many, many times since the media fall out over the Valerie Plame scandal. Remember her husband, Joseph Wilson who lied about who sent him to Africa to investigate whether or not any yellow cake iranium was sold to Sadaam Hussein and who now claimes that Bush lied about the WMD threat? The British sources of the intelligence they provided to Bush regarding Hussein's possession of WMD continues to stand by the assessment they provided Bush. So, not only is the liberal mantra: "Bush Lied, People Died" a bald faced lie itself, the source of the intelligence passed to Bush which drove his decision toward war with Iraq has not abandoned him. The only ones abandoning Bush now are the very Democratic senators who helped make the war in Iraq possible to begin with.

So much for using the "Bush is a liar" tactic to wiggle out of their initial support of the Iraq war.

The bottom line is that they did support the war and are trying to back out of it now that the going is getting tough and they are despicably trying to blame it all on Bush. What a bunch gutless hypocrits! I can't say it enough. For those who voted for these losers, is this really the type of people you want representing you in Washington DC? Are you proud to be a member of the Democrat party?

The embarrassing, whining, back-stabbing, deceitful behavior of the Democrat party since the 2000 election is enough of a reason to never waste any vote on them, let alone their socialist agenda for America.

The Borders Are Open Both Ways

Here's an ingenious letter that a friend of mine recieved via e-mail. This pretty much sums up the way I feel about the whole illegal immigration debacle.

MR. PRESIDENT, I'M HEADED TO MEXICO
Dear President Bush:
I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.
I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here.
So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:
1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
3. All government forms need to be printed in English.
4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.
5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.
6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.
7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.
9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.
10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.
11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.
13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.
I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.
However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail hunting with your V.P.
Thank you so much for your kind help.
Sincerely,
Every true American

More From Wrong-Headed ACLU; On The Wrong Side Of The American Way Once Again.

Well, well, well, the Atheist Communist Litigation Union (aka the A.C.L.U.) is at it again. Once again they are demonstrating that they are on the wrong side of the argument. They claim that they are about defending citizens’ First Amendment rights to freedom of speech, but, as usual, they are about some citizens’ rights for free speech and at the expense of everyone else.

They are for pedophiles’ imaginary rights to instruct other pedophiles in the art of alluring and capturing innocent young boys for rape (NationAl Man Boy Love Association (N.A.M.B.L.A.). And now they are for sick twisted, hate-filled cult leaders like Fred Phelps (I refuse to give him the title Reverend, since he in no way fills a Reverend’s shoes) and the flock of his venomous cult to crash military funerals with their demonic vitriol.

In a story found here, the ACLU is challenging a new law in Kentucky legislature aimed at limiting protests at funerals.

From the article here is what the law is meant to impede:

“The law applies to funerals, memorial services and burials."

"Protesters within 300 feet of such services would be guilty of first-degree disorderly conduct, punishable by up to a year in jail. The bill also would prevent protesters from using bullhorns to try to disrupt the services.”

The article goes on to suggest that the bill was aimed at stopping Rev. Phelps and his followers from disturbing military funerals with such despicable tactics as this:

“At their protests, members of the Kansas group carry such signs as ‘Thank God for IEDs,’ the improvised explosive devices used by insurgents in Iraq.”

Good for the state of Kentucky! Citizens of this country who have stepped up and done the right thing by serving in this country’s military in defense of our freedom and way of life against those who threaten both, and who have paid for our freedom by the ultimate sacrifice, death deserve, at the very least, honorable funerals in an atmosphere of total and complete respect and reverence. That is the very least they deserve. They deserve a whole lot more!

But, not according to the A.C.L.U. For them, the hateful agenda of Fred Phelps and his cult following trump all of that. I’m sure that the A.C.L.U. and its followers would like for us all to agree that they are honoring America, through their courageous actions of defending the otherwise indefensible by always picking the wrong side of every argument, but that is a load of malarkey!

This country is in no way made stronger by the protection of the immoral agenda of sick pedophiles like N.A.M.B.L.A., nor by the ultimate “spit in the face” of families who have lost loved ones who served in this nation’s military that Mr. Phelps and his cult has planned for them. It makes our country no more stronger than defending those who issued prank bomb threats after 9/11, or those who might feel inclined to cry “fire!” in a crowded venue just to watch the violence and mayhem result afterward as the mob tramples on the fallen would.

I can just here the comments from the slick ACLU lawyers now:

"While we regret the multiple injuries and the loss of life that has occured, we cannot forget that we must defend our client's pursuit of his happiness in just such violence. To do so, would be to ignore his basic Constitutional right to freedom of expression, freedom of speech, which we exist to defend!"

Do you think that sounds ridiculous? I submit that it sounds no more ridiculous than any of thei ACLU's past stances as they defend the indefensible like NAMBLA, Fred Phelps and others.

How could any decent human being support the A.C.L.U. when it rushes to defend vermin like the above, and ignores the rights of good decent people to a rape-free life and the deep psychological scars that will haunt them (young boys in the case of N.A.M.B.L.A.) and the right to respectfully honor their dead (in the case of the families of fallen military members)?

It should be obvious to the thinking citizen that the A.C.L.U., with their sham of “protecting and preserving the First Amendment’s right to ‘Freedom of Speech”” (as if it was constantly under attack), are actually enemies of America. If “Freedom of Speech” is under attack in America, it is because the A.C.L.U. is constantly attacking that right against normal American citizens in behalf of vermin and self-centered egoists, who are always extremely in the minority, and who have over-inflated opinions as to the worth of their agenda and as to how their crazy world view should dominate the free speech arena and be forced on the vast majority of Americans.

If there is any dancing in the streets that should occur, it would be after the demise of the A.C.L.U. and the end to its poisonous interference in American affairs forever. I think I could find my dancing shoes if that should ever happen.
