Smile. You're On Candid Camera!

Want more proof of who is really behind these anti-war protest rallies? Point your browser here.
You will find not only the fact that the San Francisco Chronicle is guilty of covering up the whole truth to make their own version of what was happening, but you will also see just who was orchestrating these protestors' march.

A picture can speak a thousand words. But, the whole picture speaks volumes.

I guess there is no shortage of useful idiots out there. And there is no question that not only is the main stream media in this country liberal biased, but corrupt and dishonest, who will do anything it takes, by hook or by crook to present the message it wants to portray.

Hat tip to Chance, who blogs at "This, That and the Other Thing".

Shameful Sheehan vs A Good American Parent

Conservative columnist, Larry Elder included a letter sent to him from a father who lost his son in Iraq in his column found here. Compare the integrity and patriotism of this good American to the hate-filled, anti-American, drivel spewing out of the left’s favorite loon of the moment, Cindy Sheehan:

Larry,

I was a philosophy professor; I am a former Marine; I am a conservative; and I am absolutely furious at Cindy Sheehan.

Why is this woman receiving the attention she is getting? Why is the media giving this woman the opportunity to profligately disseminate an obviously radical left-wing platform when there are those of us who are experiencing the same loss of a child killed in Iraq, and yet we don't get the opportunity to appear before thousands of people to share our thoughts and platforms? Is it because they support her and yet can't express the same views without losing credibility?

I didn't vote for the president in the 2000 election. I didn't trust his politics. When he was elected in 2004, he was my choice only as a protest vote. . . . Yet after 9/11 (I am a former New Yorker), I thought he demonstrated that he was a leader. When he decided to fight terrorism abroad, I was encouraged. My son then decided to enlist in the Army. As a former Marine, I couldn't oppose him, yet I wanted him to wait until the heat of the conflict passed. He refused; he was resolute; he wanted to go.

My understanding is that Mrs. Sheehan's son volunteered three times, including the mission that finally took his life. My son didn't volunteer for the mission that took his life. Her son was killed in the line of duty and should receive all honors that go with that sacrifice. My son was killed (28 Jan 05) protecting the Iraqi people during the preparation leading up to the elections in Iraq. My son died four days shy of his 21st birthday, and he was killed by friendly fire.

Now let me ask you, who has more of a right to go barnstorming around the country vilifying the president than I? Friendly fire, Larry. How dare she insult and degrade the memory of her son, my son and all the men and women killed there by her shameless politicking! I understand better than most the depth, breadth, width and length of her grief at the loss of a child. I am reminded every day of his loss; I miss him more than words could ever express. I, however, would never dishonor him or others by a selfish, self-serving display of radical politics wrapped in false pain.

I carry a unit pin from the 25th infantry division with me constantly, as a reminder of my son's service. I wear his dog tags along with mine as reminder of his sacrifice. Every time I see Mrs. Sheehan I cry out of anger, rage, disappointment and frustration at the dishonor she has levied on those who have fallen.

My son Stephen (pronounced Steven) Castellano, and dare I say all others who have died providing for the freedom of Iraq people, deserves better. . . .

By the way, I supported the president in his decision -- and still do.

Sincerely, Paul A. Castellano

If anyone has any right to rage against President Bush for the loss of his son, it would be Mr. Castellano. After all, his son died due to the incompetence that resulted in “friendly fire.” But, being the great American that he is, he refuses to do so.

Cindy, on the other hand, has no real case. She needs to crawl back under the rock she came out of and just, well… shut up. Not only is it embarrassing watching a mother disgrace her own son’s memory, it’s also unbearably outrageous having to listen to her anti-American diatribes.

On second thought, forget returning to that rock she crawled out of, it would be much better if she would just get out of this country and take the communist organizations that support her, (International A.N.S.W.E.R., MoveOn.org, The World Worker’s Party et al.) with her.

Oh, and no press conference as she leaves please. Those of us, who love and respect our country, whether or not we agree with its President, have seen and heard enough of Saint Cindy’s “over 15 minutes of fame”.

The Wind Beneath Saint Cindy's Wings

Cindy Sheehan, the liberal anti-war movement’s current chirping loon was arrested yesterday in Washington DC. Pictures posted in various stories circulating around the Internet show her with a huge smile on her face. Cindy’s proud of her civil disobedience and even more honored to be jailed for it.

Christopher Hitchens does a thorough job of exposing just who funded the anti-war protest at Washington DC that Cindy and the race-pimp reverends, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton attended this past Saturday. As it turns out, the organizations that sponsored the anti-war protest are for anything but peace.

Here are some excerpts from Hitchens’ excellent piece: [I would recommend reading the entire article found here.]

Saturday's demonstration in Washington, in favor of immediate withdrawal of coalition forces from Iraq, was the product of an opportunistic alliance between two other very disparate "coalitions." Here is how the New York Times (after a front-page and an inside headline, one of them reading "Speaking Up Against War" and one of them reading "Antiwar Rallies Staged in Washington and Other Cities") described the two constituenciess of the event:

The protests were largely sponsored by two groups, the Answer Coalition, which embodies a wide range of progressive political objectives, and United for Peace and Justice, which has a more narrow, antiwar focus.

The name of the reporter on this story was Michael Janofsky. I suppose that it is possible that he has never before come across "International ANSWER," the group run by the "Worker's World" party and fronted by Ramsey Clark, which openly supports Kim Jong-il, Fidel Castro, Slobodan Milosevic, and the "resistance" in Afghanistan and Iraq, with Clark himself finding extra time to volunteer as attorney for the génocidaires in Rwanda. Quite a "wide range of progressive political objectives" indeed, if that's the sort of thing you like. However, a dip into any database could have furnished Janofsky with well-researched and well-written articles by David Corn and Marc Cooper—to mention only two radical left journalists—who have exposed "International ANSWER" as a front for (depending on the day of the week) fascism, Stalinism, and jihadism.

The group self-lovingly calling itself "United for Peace and Justice" is by no means "narrow" in its "antiwar focus" but rather represents a very extended alliance between the Old and the New Left, some of it honorable and some of it redolent of the World Youth Congresses that used to bring credulous priests and fellow-traveling hacks together to discuss "peace" in East Berlin or Bucharest. Just to give you an example, from one who knows the sectarian makeup of the Left very well, I can tell you that the Worker's World Party—Ramsey Clark's core outfit—is the product of a split within the Trotskyist movement. These were the ones who felt that the Trotskyist majority, in 1956, was wrong to denounce the Russian invasion of Hungary. The WWP is the direct, lineal product of that depraved rump.

To be against war and militarism, in the tradition of Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht, is one thing. But to have a record of consistent support for war and militarism, from the Red Army in Eastern Europe to the Serbian ethnic cleansers and the Taliban, is quite another. It is really a disgrace that the liberal press refers to such enemies of liberalism as "antiwar" when in reality they are straight-out pro-war, but on the other side. Was there a single placard saying, "No to Jihad"? Of course not. Or a single placard saying, "Yes to Kurdish self-determination" or "We support Afghan women's struggle"? Don't make me laugh. And this in a week when Afghans went back to the polls, and when Iraqis were preparing to do so, under a hail of fire from those who blow up mosques and U.N. buildings, behead aid workers and journalists, proclaim fatwahs against the wrong kind of Muslim, and utter hysterical diatribes against Jews and Hindus.

Some of the leading figures in this "movement," such as George Galloway and Michael Moore are obnoxious enough to come right out and say that they support the Baathist-jihadist alliance. Others prefer to declare their sympathy in more surreptitious fashion. The easy way to tell what's going on is this: Just listen until they start to criticize such gangsters even a little, and then wait a few seconds before the speaker says that, bad as these people are, they were invented or created by the United States. That bad, huh? (You might think that such an accusation—these thugs were cloned by the American empire for God's sake—would lead to instant condemnation. But if you thought that, gentle reader, you would be wrong.)

How nice to have a "peace" movement that is either openly on the side of the vermin, or neutral as between them and the cleanup crew, and how delightful to have a press that refers to this partisanship, or this neutrality, as "progressive."

I think the title to Hitchens' article: “Anti-War, My Foot: The phony peaceniks who protested in Washington” pretty much sums it all up.

As it turns out, surprise! Surprise! the left is not really about peace after all. They are pulling for the enemy. This isn’t just a group of of citizens exercising their freedom of patriotic dissent as the "how dare you question my patriotism" liberal spin doctors would have us all believe. This is 100 percent, unadulterated, anti-American treason!

When You Give Terrorists What They Want, They Demonstrate Their Appreciation By Trying To Kill You

For those out there who are just sure that the appeasement route is the best way to bring about peace, look what happens when you try to be civil with bloodthirsty, Islamo-fascists.

Despite warnings from former Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s current Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon thought that he just gave the Palestinians the Gaza Strip, they would disband their terrorists groups, put away their rockets and weapons and "play nice".

Wrong:

GAZA (Reuters) - Israel launched a new strike on the Gaza Strip and arrested more than 200 suspected militants in the West Bank on Sunday as Prime Minister Ariel Sharon ordered the army to use any means to stop rocket salvoes from Gaza.

The worst surge in violence since Israel's pullout from Gaza on September 12 after 38 years of occupation threatened a shaky ceasefire and put Sharon under pressure as he tried to defeat a rightist leadership challenge over the withdrawal.

Sharon ordered the army to do whatever it saw fit after his inner cabinet approved a resumption in assassinations of top militants, suspended in February, and gave a green light for troops to shell Gaza to stop attacks.

"We don't intend here to stage a one-time action, but intend to carry out a continued action, whose aim is to hurt the terrorists and not to let up," he told ministers.

Looks like they aren’t going to "play nice" after all. Let the battle against the terrorists resume. Here is the response to Israel’s act of self-defense from the snakes that head up the Palestinian terrorist state:

Palestinian leaders accused Israel of trying to wreck hopes of reviving peace talks that were kindled by the Gaza pullout.

President Mahmoud Abbas said that if Sharon had ordered the army to use full force it meant: "He doesn't want peace, or security, or negotiations."

Of course, the situation is just spiraling into more bloodshed and violence:

The latest spiral of violence intensified when a blast on Friday killed 16 people at a Hamas rally in Gaza. One of the victims, a 12-year-old boy, died of his wounds on Sunday.

Hamas blamed Israel and militants fired at least 40 rockets into the Jewish state in response, though Israel denied responsibility and the Palestinian Authority said it appeared to be an accident caused by Hamas members carrying explosives.

Hamas vowed revenge for the latest Israeli strikes and raids. Spokesman Mushir al-Masri said the violence could "open the doors to hell." Hamas leaders would take extra precautions against Israeli attacks, he said. Hamas has so far largely abided by a truce that Abbas agreed with Israel in February and which helped smooth the Israeli pullout from Gaza.

As well as condemning the Israel strikes, Abbas has also strongly criticized militants for keeping explosives in built-up areas, calling their actions a "massacre."

As a result of Sharon’s wrong-headed approach to the bloodthirsty Islmo-facist neighbors, he may just find himself ousted from office. Smart Israelis are finally getting tired of his appeasement approach to peace.

Silly leftist never learn. You can’t "play nice" with bloodthirsty, demon-possessed, Islamo-fasist terrorist whose main mission in life, aside from wasting oxygen, is to slit your throat, and the throats of all of your people, and then wash their feet in your blood chanting gleefully "Allah Akbar!"

It’s time for Israel to take back the Gaza Strip and drive those Palestinian hotheads further into the desert. Oh, and of course, it is their duty to all of mankind kill each and every one of the terrorist vermin along the way.

Even those peaceniks who are level headed out there would surely admit that Israel did try. They certainly can’t be blamed now for doing what it takes to defend themselves from these murderous Palestinians and their gang of terrorists.

Cindy Sheehan and the Rest of the "Ugly Americans"

There’s another way to look at the anti-war protesters in this country. After reading about some of the comments that this group of misguided, useful idiots of the left have made today at their shameful protest at the nation’s capital , (on a day when yet another hurricane threatens the livelihood of fellow Americans), here, it occurred to me that these are the "ugly Americans" that we here often hear about from citizens of European nations.

"Ugly Americans" are those Americans overseas, either on vacation, or working in country who start fights in bars proclaiming the superiority of being an American over that of being a citizen of whatever country that they happen to be visiting in.

"Ugly Americans" are those Americans who, prior to WWII, didn’t think we should get involved in Hitler’s threat to Europe. These Americans were isolationists who could care less about the horrible plight of millions of Jews in Hitler’s gas chambers and concentration camps. In fact, these are the Americans who were more than happy to make a boat of Jewish refugees seeking safe asylum in the U.S. from Hitler’s torture chambers turn around and go back toward the hideous fate awaiting them rather than "soil our shore with these people".

Thank goodness the good Americans out numbered the selfish ugly Americans. Those good Americans who are often refered to today as "America's Greatest Generation" were willing to pay the sacrifical cost necessary to ensure the liberty of the nations of Europe and the destruction of the Nazi threat to their freedom.

Fast forward to today.

Cindy Sheehan, along with the rest of the useful idiots who marched in protest today at the nation’s capital, represent those "ugly Americans" who would much rather American troops cut and run back to their mommies, and leave the recently freed men, women and children of Iraq to the mercy of the crazed remnant of the brutal Baath Party and the bloodthirsty terrorist insurgents among them.

In the end, the left is not really about "human rights". In the end, the left is not really about human dignity at all. In the end, for the left, the poor devastated people of Iraq can be readily sacrificed in order to spite their enemy, George W. Bush. After all, who cares about the freedom and safety of men, women and children who aren't Americans, right?

The liberal position is the position of the "ugly American".

I’m not an "ugly American."

Are you?

Are You Still Sure That Without Osama We Are Not Winning?

For those of you out there that cling to the ridiculous notion that, without Osama Bin Laden in custody, we cannot possibly win the War on Terror, here is a Drudge Report that pretty much exposed this line of thinking for the pipe dream that it is:

TOP PAKISTANI ANTI-TERROR OFFICIALS BELIEVE BIN LADEN HOLED UP IN AFGHANISTAN WITH LESS THAN 10 MEN, NO LONGER EFFECTIVEFri Sep 23 2005 14:01:11 ET

The Pakistani military officers battling al Qaeda along the border with Afghanistan who have the latest first-hand information about Osama bin Laden believe he is hiding with a small cadre in Afghanistan and is no longer an effective leader for the terrorist group. Steve Kroft's report from Pakistan will be broadcast on the 38th season premiere of 60 MINUTES Sunday, Sept. 25 (7:00-8:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS television Network.

"I think now [bin Laden] is being protected or assisted by a very short number, which keeps his profile very low, the counter-terrorism head of Pakistan’s Intelligence Service, ISI, tells Kroft [He is someplace along the border, probably in Afghanistan] is what my assessment says, opines the brigadier who goes by the name "Ali" and whose true identity is known by only a few government officials.

Ali tells Kroft his forces have diminished bin Laden’s power by capturing 594 al-Qaeda members and crippling the group's communications, including infiltrating their courier network. "We have been able to effectively break the communications network from top to bottom. We do not allow these people to communicate with each other," says Ali.

The information gleaned from the captives and given to coalition officials has helped to prevent planned terror attacks against financial buildings in the U.S., planes and buildings at London's Heathrow airport and has assisted in the capture of al-Qaeda operatives in Great Britain. "The mere fact that there has not been a replication of 9/11 speaks volumes of what we shared with the world," boasts Ali.

Finding bin Laden doesn't matter at this point, believes Lt. Gen. Safdar Hussain, in charge of Pakistan's anti-terrorism operations along the Afghanistan border. "If [bin Laden] is hiding in a hole, neither the electronic nor the human intelligence can find him," he tells Kroft. "Is it all that important to find him? If he's taken out tomorrow, his ideology is not going to come to an end. I don't think that it's important if he is captured. This is my personal view," says Hussain.

Kroft also spoke to the Pakistani leader, Gen. Pervez Musharraf. "These troops are not certainly on the trail of one man and that's all they are doing," notes Musharraf. "We are fighting terrorism wherever it is. If Osama happens to be there incidentally, he will be killed or captured," he tells Kroft.

Developing...

This silly notion that without Osama Bin Laden's capture by U.S. troops we are wasting our time over there in Iraq and the Middle East is but one of the left's propaganda sound bytes that manages to entice gullible idiots into rallying around their anti-Bush, anti-America cry.

Compare this nonsense to the liberal mantras:

1. There is no tie between Sadaam's Regime and al Qaeda's terrorist attack on the U.S.

2. There weren't any "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq, after all.

Of course, when it comes to the left, no amount of proof will ever suffice. They aren't interested in the truth. They are only interested in their agenda for America, the conversion from Democratic Republic to a Communist/Socialist State subject to the greater European Union. Oh yeah, and expressing their hatred for President Bush every chance that they get.

Bette Midler's Real Priority.

Two concerts given by members of the entertainment industry were produced yesterday under the title: "From The Big Apple To The Big Easy". The mission of the advertised mission of these concerts was to raise money to help the victims of hurricane Katrina. As usual, what wasn’t mentioned ahead of time was the parallel mission of providing stars, (who have an overblown sense of self-importance), the opportunity to expose their brainwashed liberal, Anti-Bush views to the unsuspecting public.

In a story found here, here are some of the ugly comments these "stars" felt that they had to make, while pretending to be all about helping the unfortunate victims of Katrina:

Political chatter was kept to a minimum at both events, with performers mostly sticking to the program: championing aid for New Orleans. But a few artists angrily denounced government officials for their slow response to Katrina's devastation. "I Wish New Orleans was dry and Washington was underwater," said Tom Waits. Bette Midler had even stronger words: "I got a letter from the Republican Party the other day. I wrote back, 'Go fuck yourself.'" She then added, "George Bush is a fan of mine -- he came to see me in the Seventies. His coke dealer brought him."

There was nothing but love for one former Oval Office resident, however: Bill Clinton's surprise appearances at both concerts were greeted with long standing ovations. He spoke of the urgent need to get money to the hurricane victims, and reminisced that "the first time I saw a building over two stories tall was in New Orleans, when I was three years old." He then introduced John Fogerty, who Clinton said "captured the soul of New Orleans," despite being born in Northern California.

So, "The Babys" leader, Tom Waits, wants Washington DC to be underwater, what a whiner. Who would have thought a baby to be capable of such violent, evil malice of thought?!

Then we get the overweight, washed out, has-been: Bette Midler and her vulgar comments. It’s not like she was ever that big of an icon in the ‘70s to begin with. But, in her mind, she was, (and sadly she still thinks she is), a big star. So big, in fact, that she attracted George W. Bush as a "fan".

She actually began her diatribe with the disclaimer that she was not about "picking on President Bush." And then went on to slander his reputation with her lame joke that he was a fan who attended one of her concerts in the 1970’s, compliments of his "coke dealer".

In retrospect, if any one back then was likely to be all about snorting cocaine, my money would be on big Bette. In fact, while you might have found young "W" with a beer in his hand, you would have also likely found Bette with the residue of cocaine on her nostrils and lips backstage after a show.

Hey, maybe she had a hallucination back then that included "W". Hence, her arrogant joke.

I wonder has it yet occurred to Bette Midler that not only was her comments not funny, but they also served to expose her anti-American attitude to her audience? After all, nothing says, "I’m a good American who loves my country", like slandering the reputation of your country’s President.

Way to go Bette!

If we all lived in an ideal world, then American citizens would take note, and refuse to attend any future "we care" concerts from the Hollywood/Entertainment crowd. After all, these events aren’t so much about charity as they are about providing this group of people, (who have over-blown opinions of their self-worth beyond scripts and lyrics), the opportunity to shove their spoon-fed political viewpoints down the throats of their unsuspecting attendees.

It would serve them right.

Sadly, that won’t happen. The fickle American public will always bow at the alter of Hollywood and Rock ‘N Roll.

What A Shame.

It would appear that the "Wind Beneath Bette's Wings" comes from a force that is sheer hatred for President Bush and the American way of life. Hmmm...is this "Rose" authentic?

So, The Damage and Desolation Left By Katrina Is Bush's Fault. Oh Really? Not So Fast!!

A story published in the LA Times, found here, brings to light some damning evidence against the state of Louisiana's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. All of which undoubtedly puts the lion share of the blame for the inept evacuation and slow rescue response to the hurricane victims in New Orleans on the shoulders of the Governor of Louisiana where it most certainly belongs.

Here are some of the highlights from the story:

WASHINGTON — Senior officials in Louisiana's emergency planning agency already were awaiting trial over allegations stemming from a federal investigation into waste, mismanagement and missing funds when Hurricane Katrina struck.

And federal auditors are still trying to track as much as $60 million in unaccounted for funds that were funneled to the state from the Federal Emergency Management Agency dating back to 1998.

In March, FEMA demanded that Louisiana repay $30.4 million to the federal government.

The problems are particularly worrisome, federal officials said, because they involve the Louisiana Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, the agency that will administer much of the billions in federal aid anticipated for victims of Katrina.

Earlier this week, federal Homeland Security officials announced they would send 30 investigators and auditors to the Gulf Coast to ensure relief funds were properly spent.

Details of the ongoing criminal investigations come from two reports by the inspector general's office in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which oversees FEMA, as well as in state audits, and interviews this week with federal and state officials.

The reports were prepared by the federal agency's field office in Denton, Texas, and cover 1998 to 2003. Improper expenditures previously identified by auditors include a parka, a briefcase and a trip to Germany.
Much of the FEMA money that was unaccounted for was sent to Louisiana under the Hazard Mitigation Grant program, intended to help states retrofit property and improve flood control facilities, for example.

The $30.4 million FEMA is demanding back was money paid into that program and others, including a program to buy out flood-prone homeowners. As much as $30 million in additional unaccounted for spending also is under review in audits that have not yet been released, according to a FEMA official.

Keith Ashdown of Taxpayers for Common Sense, a Washington watchdog group, said recent Louisiana history showed that FEMA "money earmarked for saving lives and homes'' was instead squandered in "a cesspool of wasteful spending."

Louisiana's emergency office receives money directly from FEMA. It passes on much of the funding to local governments that apply for assistance.

The audit reports said state operating procedures increased the likelihood of fraud and corruption going undetected.

For instance, a Nov. 30, 2004, report by Tonda L. Hadley, a director in the Denton field office, examined $40.5 million sent to the Louisiana agency, mostly for the Hazard Mitigation program. The report found that the state's emergency office did not have receipts to account for 97% of the $15.4 million it had awarded to subcontractors on 19 major projects.

The report also said the Louisiana agency had misspent $617,787 between May 2000 and September 2003.

Questionable expenditures identified by the inspector general included $2,400 for sod installation, several thousand dollars for a trip to Germany by the deputy director, $1,071 for curtains, and $595 for an L.L. Bean parka and briefcase. The inspector general also challenged unspecified spending for camera equipment, professional dues and a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria.

For a more on this and the attempted cover-up read the whole story. There is definitely enough here to silence the nonsense out there that it was all Bush’s fault.

Gov. Blanco recently was beside herself with glee over the fact that Bush accepted responsibility for the ineptness in the evacuation and rescue of hurricane victims. It looks like she should have waited a bit longer before she decided to gloat. I’m willing to bet that the Louisiana Office of Homeland Defense and Emergency Preparedness falls under her jurisdiction. I’m also willing to bet that she knew all about the charges of fraud levied against that office.

Now we know why she was so reticent to accept the federal aid the Bush offered her both before and after Katrina hit. After all, how would it look to her voters if she had to go to the federal government for help because the state government had squandered all of the money and resources it had been provided for just such a natural disaster.

It seems Gov. Blanco felt it best to leave the citizens of New Orleans in a lurch and then try and blame it all on President Bush.

Gov Blanco is a democrat. Not only does this demonstrate the actual lack of care for the average American citizen that the liberal democrats have, (despite their claim that socialism and bigger government is all about "the little man"), it also demonstrates corruption of the character of leaders in the party.

How many more corrupt democrats are there out there pointing their fingers of blame at Bush hoping that their lies and corruption won’t be discovered?

The Return of the Woman With No Shame

Cindy Sheehan is the woman who will always be remembered for using her son’s honorable death to badmouth President Bush is at it again. From a Drudge Report, here is the latest hate-filled, leftist, nonsense coming out of her mouth:

"I don't care if a human being is black, brown, white, yellow or pink. I don’t care if a human being is Christian, Muslim, Jew, Buddhist, or pagan. I don't care what flag a person salutes: if a human being is hungry, then it is up to another human being to feed him/her. George Bush needs to stop talking, admit the mistakes of his all around failed administration, pull our troops out of occupied New Orleans and Iraq, and excuse his self from power. The only way America will become more secure is if we have a new administration that cares about Americans even if they don’t fall into the top two percent of the wealthiest."

Notice how she refers to New Orleans as being "occupied" like Iraq. Notice also how she is demanding Bush to withdraw the troops, as if her words carry any weight. Cindy is so much of a brain-washed puppet of the left, that she would much prefer the looting, murders and rapes to continue within the ravaged city of New Orleans as well as have all of people that are stranded in attics and on rooftops die rather than have the U.S. military stop the violence and save lives.

As for her communist utopian "its everybody’s job to feed his or her neighbor" mantra, perhaps she should lead by example. She should turn her bus around and head straight for New Orleans and start handing out food. She can use the funding she’s receiving for the support of her tour and deluded self importance rants to instead purchase the food and water and other items so badly needed.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, isn’t the U.S. military and other government agencies like FEMA already providing these things?

First Cindy used the honorable death of her son as platform for her attention getting charade at Crawford, Texas, now she’s trying to use the pain and suffering of the victims of Katrina as an excuse to spew out more hate-filled, anti-American nonsense.

There’s a place for Cindy’s anti-American drivel, California University at Berkeley. She would fit right in with the rest of the deluded, anti-American nuts who think their opinions actually matter. It is not her place to use the tragedy of the victims of Katrina to forward her nonsense. It’s none of her business.

I say for Cindy Sheehan it’s "Berkeley or bust!"

Lest We Should Forget

A tape delivered to ABC news, today on the four year anniversary of 9/11, has an Islamofascist coward hiding behind a mostly covered up face while threatening violence against Los Angeles, California and Melbourne, Australia.

Here are some of the things this stooge of Satan had to say:

"Yesterday, London and Madrid. Tomorrow, Los Angeles and Melbourne, God willing. At this time, don't count on us demonstrating restraint or compassion," the tape warns. "We are Muslims. We love peace, but peace on our terms, peace as laid down by Islam, not the so-called peace of occupiers and dictators."

"Don't believe the lies of the liars at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and 10 Downing Street," Gadahn insists. "They have dispatched your sons and daughters to die lonely deaths in the burning deserts of Iraq and the unforgiving mountains of Afghanistan."

An article posted on the ABC News web site indicates that American intelligence analysts believe the coward behind the veiled face is one Adam Gadahan of Orange County, California.

So they are a religion of peace after all. It’s just that there definition of peace is that good feeling these vermin get after they’ve beheaded innocent captives, killed innocent women and children, committed genocide of the Jewish race, and forced their demonic doctrines upon whomever they don’t get around to murdering.

Gadahan’s last comment sounds an awful lot like some of the trash coming out of Cindy Sheehan mouth and the rest of the liberal left in this country. It looks like liberals and al-Qaeda have something in common. I wonder if that is lost on them.

If there was ever any reasonable doubt left that Cindy Sheehan’s echoing of the liberal, appeasement, "cut and run" message was nothing but "patriotic dissent" that’s over now. It is clear that the left’s anti-war message echoes al-Qaeda’s propaganda. The cat’s out of the bag. To continue down the anti-war path is to support al Qaeda’s message.

President Bush announced to the nations of the world: "either you are for us or against us" in our fight against global terrorism four years ago. Now it is time to issue that same challenge to the loony left in this country. It’s time for Cindy Sheehan, Michael Moore, the Hollywood Idiots, MoveOn.org, "Not In Our Name", and the rest of the liberal left in this country to make a choice. Either you love America and are proud to be an American, or you hate America, to the point that you would side with the perpetrators of 9/11. If you are honest enough to admit the latter, do us all a favor and feel free to get out of America.

True patriots have not forgotten 9/11. True patriots will not sympathize with those cowardly vermin who murdered thousands of innocent people on that day. True patriots will not rest until these scum of humanity are wiped off of the face of the earth, so that citizens of nations from all over the world can pursue the affairs of their lives without fear of a ruthless, cold-blooded terrorist attack.

Truth? We Don't Need No Stinking Truth!

If MoveOn.org was an respectable organization that was interested in the truth they would folded up and moved on a long time ago. But, no. They peddle in hatred and lies. Definitely not good American qualities.

While the rest of the nation is trying to grieving the terrible disaster that hurricane Katrina left along the Gulf Coast, volunteering their time, and reaching deep into their pockets to send help to the many victims who have lost homes, loved ones, MoveOn.org is using this terrible tragedy as an opportunity to spout out their tired, "Bush Is Hitler" message.

According to a story found here, MoveOn.org paraded around three victims of hurricane Katrina outside the White House last Thursday in support of their "it’s all Bush’s fault" claptrap.
If you think "Bush is Hitler" is a stupid slogan check out some of the idiotic slurs against Bush that they made at their little protest, as well as the lies they shamelessly pollute the air around our nation’s Capital with.

Here are some highlights from the article:

MoveOn.org presented three survivors of Hurricane Katrina to the media outside the White House Thursday to draw attention to the group's ongoing criticism of the Bush administration.

About 100 supporters of the liberal political group descended on Pennsylvania Avenue and spent most of their time blaming the president for the allegedly slow local, state and federal response in New Orleans; and, indirectly, for the failure of the city's levees.

Idiocy example number one: Blame the slow response from state and local governments on President Bush.

One woman who stopped to show her support for President Bush received a loud and emotional rebuke from a MoveOn.org protester.

New Orleans residents Iona Renfroe, Michelle Augillard and Christine Mayfield recounted their stories of surviving the storm and described the lack of assistance they received in the aftermath. Each criticized the federal government without addressing accusations of early failures by local and state officials.

Hmm... let's see, MoveOn.org's showcase victims each one by one sing the same blame the federal government tune, while conveniently not mentioning the state and local governments roles. Sounds to me like their "testimony" is actually nothing more than MoveOn.org propaganda. I wonder how much each "victim" got paid.

Renfroe, a New Orleans attorney, claimed that there has been "absolutely no response by the federal government ... absolutely nothing has been done."

Nothing says "feel sorry for my plight" more than issuing a bald faced lie as part of your testimony.

Here's the simple refutation of Renfroe's b s:

According to the Department of Homeland Security, as of Tuesday, the federal rescue effort involved more than 71,000 personnel and has resulted in more than 45,000 rescues, including 23,000 by the U.S. Coast Guard. Approximately 273,000 citizens had been evacuated and two-thirds of them are still being housed in 550 federally-organized shelters around the country. Federal authorities had gathered and distributed 11.3 million military "Meals Ready to Eat" and 18 million liters of drinking water.

Tom Matzzie, Washington director of MoveOn.org Political Action, also focused his criticism on the Bush administration, calling the federal response to Hurricane Katrina "a national disgrace."

What looks like incompetence by the president and his appointees is actually something worse," Matzzie claimed. "This is what government looks like when it is in the hands of people who don't believe in government, who want to privatize, who want to cut back and reduce the ability of the government to serve its people."

Oh, I see. If only we had a more communist/socialist form of government, all of the hurricane victims' problems would have been solved. Matzzie would have us to believe that the the bigger the government, the bigger the beauracracy, the more the red tape the faster the response.

If you sign up for MoveOn.org's cause, and vote for liberal democrats to take over offices in the federal, state, and local government that is precisely what you will get. You will get a government response that will be 10 times slower and efficient countered by commercials on TV praising the speed of the liberal government's quick response round the clock.

Mattzie also blasted President Bush for comments suggesting that state and local officials share in the responsibility of preparing for and responding to natural disasters."

Now Matzzie is blasting President Bush for stating how our government of our Representative Democracy actually works. We aren't the communist/socialist nation that he and his gang of ingrates wish wer are and are tyring to establish. The only thing Matzzie is blasting: is how much of an ignorant moron he is.

He and his team don't want an effective government that can protect people who work hard and pay taxes," Matzzie continued. "Instead, they want to give huge tax breaks to wealthy Americans. The result is that there is no effort left, or there is no ability left for the government to respond to the needs of its citizens, especially in times of crisis."

Another idiotic, bald faced lie from Matzzie. So how did the federal government provide the help cited above in the article's refutation to victim Renfroe's lie if there wasn't any federal money left because it was distributed to the wealthy in the form of tax breaks? How does the government even function if it's broke?

This is a common liberal tactic. Make up accusations, no matter how absurd and baseless, and then use these accusations to make it look like your side even has a legitimate point to raise.

Clarice McMillan, of Alexandria, Va., was standing about 25 feet behind the MoveOn.org protesters holding a small, hand-written sign that read, "Support the president and love the people." She had been there for only a few minutes when she was confronted by a screaming MoveOn.org supporter."

Damn you! Supporting the president's great, but supporting the people and the Constitution is more important," the unidentified woman screamed at McMillan. "The Constitution and the babies who died is [sic] more important than any president and you know that in your heart."

Another MoveOn.org supporter pulled the now crying woman away, telling her, "Don't make this the event." Other protesters criticized members of the media for videotaping the confrontation and interviewing McMillan, who said she understood the verbal assault."

Well, she was upset. She was just upset. It's okay, I can understand that people get emotional," McMillan said. "I want the people to get help, but I don't think this is the time for blame and criticism or the time for MoveOn.org to take advantage of this."

MoveOn.org supporters continued to heckle members of the press and interrupt McMillan as she explained why she lodged her one-woman counter-protest."

I think we all need to be supporting our president. Not only our president, but the other people who work for him," she said. "He's not the only one in the government to be blamed for anything ... just to blame one person, to me, that isn't right."

I support the president," McMillan concluded. "I don't say that he does everything right, but nobody does, you know?"

Wow it sure is a good thing these MoveOn.org sheep are calm, tolerant people that are open to debate... no wait a minute...they're not. They behave just like all of the rest of the liberal peacenics in this country...with incivility and irrational angry rants.

Speaking with Cybercast News Service after the event, Matzzie implied that cuts by the Bush administration might have been responsible for the breaching of New Orleans levees."

The administration, OMB (Office of Management and Budget) cut out of the budget, what was it, $71 million in funding for the levee upgrades in Louisiana. OMB is a function of the White House, the OMB director reports to the White House," Matzzie said. "And, that money could have been used to upgrade the levees."

Yet another lie out of Matzzie's mouth. He sure does have a difficult time with the truth.

But records Cybercast News Service obtained from the U.S. Senate's Energy and Water Development Subcommittee paint a different picture. According to an analysis of funding for Corps of Engineers projects from fiscal years 2001 through 2005, Louisiana was the top recipient of funding in the country, getting $1.9 billion of the Corps' $22.9 billion budget.

The three Corps flood control projects surrounding New Orleans received a total of $391 million in direct funding during that five-year period.

Tom Schatz, president of Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), believes there was more than enough money to correct any deficiencies in the levee system, even without funding the Corps of Engineers. But, in his opinion, much of the money was wasted.

The group also notes that on Jan. 9, 2000, the Washington Post said the waterway "still carries less than 0.1 percent of the commercial traffic on America's government-run river transport system - even though it receives a remarkable 3.4 percent of the system's federal funds."

The list of projects CAGW considered wasteful also included $2,000,000 for a "sugar-based ethanol bio-refinery" at Louisiana State University; and $500,000 for "alternative fuel plant construction" in Livingston Parish.

CAGW is asking members of Congress to sign a
pledge not to add extraneous funding to federal relief bills for hurricane victims. Four members of Congress had signed the document as of Thursday. Another eight had expressed their intent to take the pledge, but had not yet returned a signed copy to the CAGW offices.

So much for Matzzie lie that there was lack of funding, and that it was Bush's fault.

MoveOn.org should change their name to WhineOn.org. I don't see how any reasonable thinking person would associate with this group of loud mouthed losers.

However, if you:

* Believe lying to get what you want accomplished is a valid tactic.

* Believe that shouting your fantasy of what you want reality to be over and over and over again, will eventally cause reality to magically change and conform to your wishes.

* Believe that this country would be much better off if it scrapped its Constitution and converted itself into a communist/socialist type of government subservient to the will of the European nations.

* Missed the glorious sixties but look up to those bunch of pot smoking hippies, and you think Abbie Hoffman was a true patriot, and you believe that you are demonstrating "love for your country" by waving a picket sign and screaming out insults and lies until you lose your voice.

* Are incapable of critical thought and rely on others to decide where you stand on issues.

Then you are a definite candidate for membership into WhineOn.org (aka MoveOn.org).

Yo Man! Bush Be A Klansman Who Controls Hurricanes!

Boy is this guy dumb.

As if it wasn’t bad enough the first time rapper Kanye West opened his mouth and exposed himself as the irrational racist, (oops! I apologize for the oxymoron), that he is on national TV. According to a story found here, West has opened his mouth again and spewed forth more racist nonsense. This time on Ellen DeGeneres’ daytime chat program.

Here are some excerpts from the article:

West insisted Bush and other politicians knew America's Gulf Coast couldn't withstand a hurricane a year before Katrina hit.

He said, "Back in the days when it was time to clean the kitchen I would try to sweep the dust under the kitchen sink instead of really taking care of it, and if you spilled something on that floor all that dust came right up in front of your face. That's basically what the flood did.

"They have been trying to sweep us (African-Americans) under the kitchen sink and it was so in people's faces and so on TV... that they couldn't even hide it any more.

"Down there, people are living below the poverty level to start off with, before this happened.

"A year ago I was on tour with Usher and we had a hurricane hit Florida and everybody was saying, 'If this hurricane went to Louisiana, if it went to Mississippi, they wouldn't be able to handle it.' (That was) a year ago - and there was nothing done about it."

I’m not sure about the veracity of West’s accusation that Bush personally knew about problems that the Gulf Coast might have with a hurricane a year before Katrina hit. In fact, it’s not clear that anyone felt that the Gulf Coast wouldn’t be able to handle a hurricane a year before Katrina hit.

Let’s see, the Gulf Coast has had a long history of weathering hurricanes. Why all of a sudden, the accusation that the people of the Gulf Coast would be unaccustomed to what life is like when a hurricane comes?

Is Mr. West suggesting that President Bush knew that Katrina was coming up to a year in advance?

What a load of malarkey!

Neither President Bush, nor Governor Blanco, nor Mayor Nagin knew that Katrina was coming and so they didn’t have the luxury of having a year to prepare for the arrival of hurricane Katrina. They also didn’t have the knowledge that Katrina would be as strong a hurricane as she was, and further more, none of these people knew that Katrina would hit New Orleans.

Kanye West not only exposes his racist tendancies, but also, perhaps evidence that he is a paranoid schizophrenic. Is their a psychiatrist in house?

Yeah, right Mr. West. Bush is so devout in his hatred for black people that he ordered hurricane Katrina into existence and directed her path straight towards New Orleans. After all, we all know that only black people live in New Orleans. In fact only black people live in Mississippi, and Alabama, (the other areas that Katrina destroyed). Everyone knows no white people live anywhere in the south!

Not only is Kanye West a racist, he’s also an idiot. He has every right to spew out his racist hatred every time he finds a microphone in his hand and a camera in his face. On the other hand, those who are wise to his game have every right to expose him as the racist that he is, mock him, and then ignore him.

Here we are with a major tragedy on our hands and Kanye West could care less. He is more concerned with convincing people that our President caused this tragedy, all based on West’s racist fantasy that Bush is a Klansman who can’t sleep at night until he finds a way to wipe all black Americans off of the face of the earth.

Maybe if Kanye West would actually reach out and help the black victims of hurricane Katrina, he would find himself too busy to invent such ludicrous conspiracy theories. But of course, that is unreasonable. After all, you can’t really expect a gansta want to be rap star to actually put his money where his mouth is can you?

Warning! Embarrassing Liberal Behavior Exposed!

Witness below the futility in trying to debate a liberal. What you see below, is the tactics of one liberal, 48 years old Jay, (his photo on his blog shows a completely grey-haired man, holding up a peace sign with his fingers), that should be a clue of what to expect from him.

As you will see, he leaves his comments on his blog while deleting mine. This is hisattempt to appear to "win the argument". He apparently thinks that, not only does this childish behavior exonerate him, but that also his whining "stalker speech" and his "not my fan but a cockroach" diatribe makes him the clear winner. Of course the visitor has not been given the whole exchange. Jay can't afford that. It might demonstrate just how much he relies upon liberal propaganda and "feelings" to guide his viewpoint as opposed to reason.

I include his lunacy here as an entertainment break from my blog's usual serious discussion.
And now, without further adieu, I give you, Jay the liberal village idiot:

I let you have a soapbox to rant about your loony shit, but I'm deleting it ALL. Every damn thing you have ever posted is now gone. His deletions make my point. Aside from the horrid incestual connotations of Jay's last comment on his blog, which speaks volumes about his character, if the connotation of his comment is meant to insinuate that I used filthy language in the comments of mine that he deleted, then I state for the record that is a lie. There wasn't one curse word, or filthy insuation in any of my comments to him.

Jay is your typical liberal who can't defend his position. Instead he relies on childish tactics. That's all he knows. His liberal "masters" haven't bothered to tell him what to do beyond the "chant liberal sound-bytes" move. Poor guy.

Bush Is "The Worst President Ever" Because He Refused To Be A Dictator And Take Over New Orleans

Well so much for the blame Bush argument’s validity. An ABC News story found here demonstrates that the blame belongs squarely on the city of New Orleans’ Mayor, and his failure to follow his city's own emergency evacuation plan.

Here are some highlights from the article:

In New Orleans, those in peril and those in power have pointed the finger squarely at the federal government for the delayed relief effort.

But experts say when natural disasters strike, it is the primary responsibility of state and local governments — not the federal government — to respond.

New Orleans' own comprehensive emergency plan raises the specter of "having large numbers of people … stranded" and promises "the city … will utilize all available resources to quickly and safely evacuate threatened areas."

"Special arrangements will be made to evacuate persons unable to transport themselves," the plan states.

When Hurricane Katrina hit, however, that plan was not followed completely.

Instead of sending city buses to evacuate those who could not make it out on their own, people in New Orleans were told to go to the Superdome and the Convention Center, where no one provided sufficient sustenance or security.

There's no question the federal government plays a major role in disaster relief. But federal officials say in order to get involved, they must first be asked to do so by state officials.

As one FEMA official told ABC News, Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco failed to submit a request for help in a timely manner.

Shortly before Katrina hit, she sent President Bush a request asking for shelter and provisions, but didn't specifically ask for help with evacuations. One aide to the governor told ABC News today Blanco thought city officials were taking care of the evacuation.

"If the city and the state are stumbling or in over their head, then it's FEMA's [Federal Emergency Management Agency's] responsibility to show some leadership," said Jerry Hauer, director of public health preparedness at the Department of Health and Human Services.

The next level of blame can be properly leveled at Gov. Blanco, who “thought the city was handling it”. She also failed to request help from the federal government, in fact delayed requesting it until after the violence and chaos was already out of hand.

She had the authority and responsibility to send her state National Guard troops down to help salvage the mess that New Orleans' Mayor, through his ineptness managed to create. Instead she waited and waited.

The media has aimed the lion’s share of its Katrina news focus on New Orleans. But, New Orleans wasn't the only area affected by Katrina's destruction. In answer to the ludicrous charge of racism on Bush’s part, what about the other poor black people in Mississippi and Alabama who lost their homes too?

Let’s see, their state governors promptly requested federal aid and got it. So, there isn’t any racism to be found there. Bush responded as soon as asked. In fact, the governors of both these states are white. It’s pretty hard to accuse them of a racist agenda.

Even though, the governor of Louisiana is white, the immediate point of failure is the blundering actions of New Orleans’ mayor. He's black and so are several other members of the local city government. So, there is definitely no racism to be found there. That is, unless someone wants to make the ludicrous accusation of black against black racism. That makes less sense than racism itself does.

The Bush administrated responded when asked. That Gov. Blanco waited so long to finally ask for federal assistance is her fault. The left seem to want to play a two-faced game with the American public. First, they accuse Bush of being a totalitarian dictator along the lines of Adolph Hitler. The worst President ever they cry. Now, they are all beside themselves almost to the point of jumping up and down hopping mad because Bush didn’t act like a dictator, push Gov Blanco and Mayor Nagin aside and take over the city of New Orleans.

Well it looks like the “worst President ever” committed the crime of respecting the federal government’s limits as dictated by the Constitution and respected the States own autonomous authority with respect to how they would respond to hurricane Katrina and her aftermath.

For the liberals, whose ultimate goal is the ousting of the Constitution and its replacement with a communist/socialist document, Bush’s respect for the Constitution is unforgivable.

Of course, even if Bush had disregarded the Constitutional limits upon his authority and bullied his way in, he still would have fared no better with the left. They would have used that to cry, “See! We told you Bush is a dictator! Impeach him, impeach him!!!!”

When you take into consideration that liberals base their agenda on feelings and not facts it really isn’t any surprise that they flip flop all over any given issue and are prone to constantly contradict themselves.

A Hate-Filled Puppet of The Devil Disguised As a Christian Reverend

"Reverend" Phelps and his deluded disciples of hate are planning yet another demonstration of their utter depravity this time, today in Washington DC to protest at the funeral of the late Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, William Rehnquist.

Here are just some of the utterly disgusting, non-Christian things found on a flier that the Westboro cult going under the name “Baptist Church” published announcing their upcoming protest at Rehnquist's funeral that you can find here:

* in religious protest & warning: “God is not mocked! God Hates Fags! & Fag-Enablers! Ergo God hates Rehnquist, the American judiciary, Bush and his sodomite administrator, & irreversibly backslidden America.

* We rejoice that Rehnquist is dead and in Hell.

* It is a sin NOT to rejoice when God executes His wrath and vengeance upon a sorry faggyass [sic] judge.

* The Judges gave America to the fags. The saints are ordered to rejoice when God kills one and casts him into Hell.

With an agenda like this, Phelps and his band of hatemongers would be better at home in Iran or some other country led by hate-filled Islamo-fascists. He could change his title to Imam, replace the name “God” with Allah and he would fit right in.

Phelps is not the first snake to wrap himself in clergy garments and title and pose as a leader in Christianity. There have been a long line of false-hearted Popes, Bishops, Priests, Pastors, Televangelists, Reverends etc. who have used their position of power within the Church to taint the reputation of Christianity through their vile acts and lead gullible, innocent followers astray.

Secular critics of Christianity often cite atrocities committed by the Church throughout history (i.e. Spanish Inquisition) without regard to the fact that those atrocities were committed by corrupt men who were not in the least bit Christian filling roles of leadership in the Church nonetheless.

Phelps would like for the gullible non-religious out there to think that his hateful views somehow represent legitimate Christian belief.

As a Christian I would like to declare that he and his band of followers are no more Christian in their words and actions than the KKK, or Adolph Hitler was. Rev Phelps is a false prophet, a tool of Satan, who is apparently having a good time making his puppet utter foul words out of his pulpit. Phelps' preaching of hatred is a satanic doctrine not a Christian one.

His bitter vitriol of hatred suggests that Phelps and his flock have a lot in common with the Islamo-fascist terrorists.

His twisted, misinterpretations of Holy Scripture reveal a person pretending to be a Christian, but has no spiritual ability to "rightly divide the Word of God", which further testifies to his divergence from the deceptive tile as Reverend of a “Baptist Church”.

Does Phelps have the constitutional right to his hate speech? Yes. Does he have the right to pose as a Christian voice without the possibility of being called out for it? No. I’m calling him out. I’m daring to call him a liar.

Out of the Mouths of Hollywood Idiots

First up is actor Sean Penn, whose "rescue boat" nearly sank itself. In an article found here, here is what would be rescue skipper had to say:

Oscar-winning Hollywood actor Sean Penn, who has been assisting rescue efforts in New Orleans, said the US government did not "seem to be inclined to help".

"We were pulling drowning people out of the water, it's the ultimate distress and human suffering ... dead bodies," he told GMTV.

Penn said he had spent nine hours on Monday searching the water for people and during all that time he saw just three boats carrying US officials.

First off, how much of that nine hours was spent just trying to keep your rescue boat from sinking? Second, does Mr. Penn expect us to believe that he covered the entire damaged area in New Orleans in nine hours via his boat that was apparently taking on water, and with a non-operative motor?

Ok. So, let’s say he saw just three boats carrying U.S. officials. That doesn’t mean there weren’t many more boats traversing the waters throughout the city rescuing people who were trapped. And that’s just the boats. What about the helicopters in the skies lifting people from rooftops?

Oh, wait a minute. I get it. Sean Penn wants us all to believe that he was the only one trying to rescue people out there on the day he was there bailing water out of his boat.

"There are people that are dying right now and I mean babies and old people and everybody in between - they're dying. There are people dying and (the US government are) not putting the boats in the water, I think that's criminal negligence. I don't think anybody ever anticipated the criminal negligence of the Bush administration in this situation."

Again, Mr. Penn is deluded if he thinks that the three boats he saw were the only ones there.

If there is criminal negligence here it rests firmly upon the Mayor of New Orleans, who waited until the last minute to proclaim a mandatory evacuation, and for withholding the use of his city buses for evacuation transportation until they themselves were overcome with flood water. The Mayor is responsible for the murders, rapes, cop-killing, and looting for not calling out to Gov. Blanco to send out the LA National Guard to reinforce his police forces.

Gov. Blanco is guilty of criminal negligence for waiting for four days after the hurricane hit to request federal aid from President Bush.

Sean Penn is guilty of an overblown sense of importance beyond the silver screen and an incredible case of ignorance of how governments (local, state and federal) function in times of disaster and what their responsibilities are.

The take away for Mr. Penn from his experience, other than much needed civics education on his part, is that if you’re going to set out to rescue people via boat, you might want to make sure the boat is in ship shape to take on evacuees and not water.

Second up on stage in the latest Hollywood Idiots review is that James Bond want to be, Pierce Brosnan.

In a story found here, Brosnan, being the only big star at the Deauville Festival of American Cinema in France, decided to seize the opportunity, like so many other idiots in the American entertainment industry have, to bad mouth their president and country on foreign soil.

So what was his brilliant, insightful message to the French? Was it about the challenges of his career as an actor? His latest film endeavors? What he thinks makes a great cinema film? No. Here is what he chose to say:

"This man called President Bush has a lot to answer for," the former James Bond actor told reporters Saturday. "I don't know if this man is really taking care of America. This government has been shameful."

Sorry, that’s as deep as Mr. Brosnan gets. He offers no supporting facts, just his shallow accusation.

Hollywood idiots, there so predictably entertaining, especially when they wander from their script and try to communicate with their audience about anything other than movie land fantasy.

Hurricane Katrina: Break On Through To The Liberal Side!

Some people look at hurricane Katrina and think: "senseless tragedy". Others, like NY Times columnist, David Brooks thinks: "springboard for a liberal revolution!"

Here are some of his viewpoints from his article entitled, "The Bursting Point" (with my comment interspersed between his):

Last week in New Orleans, by contrast, nobody took control. Authority was diffuse and action was ineffective. The rich escaped while the poor were abandoned. Leaders spun while looters rampaged. Partisans squabbled while the nation was ashamed.

Partisans squabbled all right. Liberals have blamed Bush for not sending federal aid fast enough. [Never mind the fact that federal aid was sent as soon as the states requested the aid, for New Orleans, that request was made 4 days after the fact].

The Black Caucus, and liberals are playing the race card and accusing Bush’s slow reaction to send aid is because a majority of the victims are black.

Aside from the despicable violent behavior of some of the victims down in New Orleans, the liberals political blame game is definitely shaming the nation at a time when we should be all of one accord and focused on helping our fellow Americans who are victims of a such a terrible tragedy instead of focusing on the health and power of the Democratic Party.

The first rule of the social fabric - that in times of crisis you protect the vulnerable - was trampled. Leaving the poor in New Orleans was the moral equivalent of leaving the injured on the battlefield. No wonder confidence in civic institutions is plummeting.

Perhaps confidence in the civic institutions in New Orleans that let the city down is waning, but that doesn’t necessarily extend to other American civic institutions. I’m pretty sure no one has lost trust in the U.S. Post Office, for instance.

And the key fact to understanding why this is such a huge cultural moment is this: Last week's national humiliation comes at the end of a string of confidence-shaking institutional failures that have cumulatively changed the nation's psyche.

Over the past few years, we have seen intelligence failures in the inability to prevent Sept. 11 and find W.M.D.'s in Iraq. We have seen incompetent postwar planning. We have seen the collapse of Enron and corruption scandals on Wall Street. We have seen scandals at our leading magazines and newspapers, steroids in baseball, the horror of Abu Ghraib.

Our intelligence failures regarding 9/11 are indeed directly the blame of governmental institutions namely, the Clinton Administration. His failure to focus his efforts on the threat of Osama Bin Laden and al Qaeda, instead of his focus on covering up his adulterous affair with his young intern, and playing the semantics game (re: "definition of is is") has ensured that he doesn’t need to look for his Presidential Legacy anymore. 9/11 was it.

We haven’t found all of the WMDs that Hussein had in Iraq, but we have already found more than enough to lay to rest the issue of whether or not he possessed any or not, to a reasonable person’s satisfaction. But, then again, if you are a liberal Democrat, facts and proof that don’t support what you believe will be eternally dismissed.

Incompetent postwar planning? Unless you are so brainwashed by the left that you actually believe that the leftist media is showing the whole picture of what is happening in Iraq, and if you are ignorant of what U.S. soldiers faced in post WWII Germany and Japan, you know that there is nothing incompetent about how the U.S. military is proceeding in Iraq.

Public confidence has been shaken too by the steady rain of suicide bombings, the grisly horror of Beslan and the world's inability to do anything about rising oil prices.

I don’t know about the world’s ability or lack thereof, but America can do something about it here. We can tell the environmental whackos that their time is up. We have listened to their b.s. long enough. Now it’s time to ignore them, and regain our independence from the Middle East oil barons. We should open up the ANWR region in Alaska and start drilling. We should also build more refineries, and stop this nonsense of "special blends" of gas that is making the price of gasoline in this country too expensive.

We’ve allowed our selves to fall for the liberal environmental whackos' propaganda for far too long and all we’ve gotten out of it is the bogus "Global Warming Theory" and other "the sky is falling" bugaboos. It’s time for this country to take down the Greenpeace flag and press on. If the tree huggers don’t like it, perhaps they can transplant themselves down into the Rain Forest and strap themselves to trees in protest.

Each institutional failure and sign of helplessness is another blow to national morale. The sour mood builds on itself, the outraged and defensive reaction to one event serving as the emotional groundwork for the next.

The scrapbook of history accords but a few pages to each decade, and it is already clear that the pages devoted to this one will be grisly. There will be pictures of bodies falling from the twin towers, beheaded kidnapping victims in Iraq and corpses still floating in the waterways of New Orleans five days after the disaster that caused them.

The scrapbook of real history will also include all of the positive things in it as well. It will include the heroic efforts of the firemen and policemen of New York on that dark day. It will also include the heroic acts of Todd Beamer and his fellow passengers who said "no way" to the terrorists' intented mission and rushed the cockpit sacrificed the lives of everyone on board so that they could crash into an empty field as opposed to the White House, a neighborhood, or anywhere at the terrorists' choosing.

The scrapbook will show the story of the Taliban being stripped of their oppressive power in Afghanistan and the beginning of Osama Bin Laden’s life on the run. The scrapbook will show the world’s next Hitler, Saddam Hussein flee from his position of control in luxurious palaces, to crouching in fear in a spider hole, to his ultimate capture and subsequent turn over for trail to his victims, the Iraqi citizens, as well as the death of his two murderous, rapist sons -all compliments of the U.S. military.

The scrapbook will show a grateful new Iraq as it writes its own Constitution and begins its life as a free nation, free to fulfill the potential that it once had in ancient civilization.

The scrapbook will show the countless of acts of kindness that the good men and women of America perform as they step forward and donate their time, money and ears to help and listen to the victims of hurricane Katrina.

As a result, it is beginning to feel a bit like the 1970's, another decade in which people lost faith in their institutions and lost a sense of confidence about the future.

The people of the 1970’s were skillfully manipulated throughout the 60’s by both the media and the communist counter-culture movement to distrust their government. In 2005, Americans aren’t so gullible. The counter-culture hippy protesters of today are more of an entertaining nuisance than they once were and public trust in the media is waning.

Americans in 2005 are not quite in that bad a shape, since the fundamental realities of everyday life are good. The economy and the moral culture are strong. But there is a loss of confidence in institutions. In case after case there has been a failure of administration, of sheer competence. Hence, polls show a widespread feeling the country is headed in the wrong direction.

Thanks to the liberal movement in this great country, our moral culture has actually become weaker, not stronger.

We have learned to tolerate the murder of our unborn, and unbridled sex among our young (condoms, free compliments of "Planned Parenthood") has become commonplace. Little children are exposed to such liberal ideas as "Sally Has Two Mommies" classes to promote the "normalcy of homosexual families".

We have a strong Moral Culture?

The nuclear family has become rare more and more in this country. The 60’s counter-culture’s mottos of: "free love", and "if it feels good do it" have made divorce commonplace in this country.

We have a strong Moral Culture?

The left has been making it their mission to throw God out of the public square. The same leftists who tout moral relativity as the gospel truth out of one side of their mouth, demand political correctness from us out of the other side of their mouth.

We have a strong Moral Culture?

I’m sorry, but as hard as I try, I just can’t see any strong moral culture here. Our moral culture is sick and dying, thanks to the liberal agenda. Thanks to the "progressives", our country is definately headed in the wrong direction!

Katrina means that the political culture, already sour and bloody-minded in many quarters, will shift. There will be a reaction. There will be more impatience for something new. There is going to be some sort of big bang as people respond to the cumulative blows of bad events and try to fundamentally change the way things are.

Reaganite conservatism was the response to the pessimism and feebleness of the 1970's. Maybe this time there will be a progressive resurgence. Maybe we are entering an age of hardheaded law and order. (Rudy Giuliani, an unlikely G.O.P. nominee a few months ago, could now win in a walk.) Maybe there will be call for McCainist patriotism and nonpartisan independence. All we can be sure of is that the political culture is about to undergo some big change.

We're not really at a tipping point as much as a bursting point. People are mad as hell, unwilling to take it anymore.

Mr. Brooks may just be right. The American people may indeed be as mad as hell and unwilling to take it anymore. We may be, in fact, at the brink of a bursting point. But, not in the direction that Mr. Brooks and many other liberals hope for. Instead, the democrats may soon find out that their love affair with the communist/socialist leftists among their ranks has been an act of treason against the Constitution and the citizens they are suppose to represent. And the American citizen knows it.

The Democratic Party has allowed the extreme left free reign in speaking for the party. As a result, every time the party opens its mouth, it reaffirms the image of its mascot- the Jackass.

The Democrats have become nothing more than a bunch cry babies. They have allowed their reputation to be cemented as a party of sore losers. They have become nothing more than a bunch of uncouth loudmouths who can’t stop making ludicrous and controversial accusations. They have become the "Bush is Hitler", "Bush is Satan" ad nauseum party. They have become the anti-God party, the abortion on demand party. They have become the anti-military party and the anti-American party.

The American voter will eventually have enough of this nonsense, and vote every one of these vermin out of office.

If the Democrat party is to survive, it needs to divorce itself of the communist/socialist, anti-American, athiestic left. Let them form their own political party and go back to being the Gus Hall losers that they will be without a major party to hide in.

In case, Mr. Brooks happens to be right – that America is tired of following the Constitution and being a Democratic Republic, and will express their frustration by voting the Democrats back into power, God help us.

Because, in just a little amount of time, we will cease to be the United States of America. We will eventally become the United Communist/Socialist States of America [a satellite state of the Communist/Socialist European Union] if the "progressives" finally get their way.

New Orleans: Grateful Victims, Murderers, Rapists & Thugs, and the Ungrateful Mr. Levy

As we still are trying to recover from the nasty blow that hurricane Katrina has dealt this nation, we have witnessed the terrible death and destruction that she left in her wake. Thousand upon thousands of people have lost their homes. It will probably take months and months to restore the city of New Orleans. The same goes for the affected areas of Mississippi, and Alabama. As rescue workers continue to search the flooded areas, we could possible have thousands of dead when it is all said and done.

We have seen the usual looting that goes on after natural disasters and during riots, but we also feel a sense of shame when we learn that some hurricane victim shot a police officer in the head in cold blood. We scratch our heads and wonder why there were hurricane victims shooting at the helicopters who were there trying to provide medical evacuation services. Still others went about raping women and killing other hurricane victims who were being sheltered in the Super Dome.

But, we have also witnessed the innate goodness in the masses of Americans who have reached deep into their pocketbooks and wallets to provide the necessary food and aid for their fellow Americans who have suffered such a terrible loss. Some have also donated their time to work shift work in the various relief centers and shelters. Neighboring cities and states like Texas have demonstrated their abundance of generosity by providing shelter space for victims to come and stay in to be fed and cared for.

You can bet that during this 3 day weekend, there will be some Americans who won’t be home grilling hot dogs, hamburgers and steaks on the grill and spending time with their own families. They will instead be donating their time off to work in the various shelters and other aid centers to help the victims of Katrina’s destruction.

And then you have Americans like this:

But there was also anger and profane catcalls.

"Hell no, I'm not glad to see them. They should have been here days ago. I ain't glad to see 'em. I'll be glad when 100 buses show up," said 46-year-old Michael Levy, whose words were echoed by those around him yelling, "Hell, yeah! Hell yeah!"

"We've been sleeping on the ... ground like rats," Levy said. "I say burn this whole ... city down."

Mr. Levy is aiming his bitter vitriol at the National Guardsmen who have begun arriving in New Orleans to bring food, restore law and order, and help with the evacuation procedures. You can read more about this here.

Perhaps, Mr. Levy wouldn’t have been "sleeping on the ground like rats" had he evacuated the area ahead of time, like he was warned. Or, maybe the irony of his sleeping arrangements, (with the rats) is lost on him. Either way, if Mr. Levy doesn’t appreciate what the National Guard have to offer, then I say let his share of food and supplies, that they have brought, be given to some one who will appreciate it! Also, someone should let the National Guard know that they can scratch him off of their evacuation list. He can find those 100 buses he’s waiting for on his own. In fact, he, along with the rest of the malcontents, can form up a little parade and march along together in search of those buses.

That way they can get out of the way and make it easier for the National Guard to accomplish their mission to help the rest of the victims of this tragedy.

My sympathy abounds for the victims of Katrina. But, I have no sympathy for ungrateful losers like Mr. Levy and anyone else who shares his lousy attitude.

Should the National Guard have been there sooner? You bet. Even the President has stated that he isn’t happy with way federal aid has been going so far. But, Mr. Levy should be grateful that he comes from a country that has its own resources to help its citizens and doesn’t need to wait for other nations to help out.

Otherwise, he wouldn't be presented with help in just the mere four days after the hurricane, that he now has. Instead he would have had to wait a much longer time for international aid.

Is Katrina Punishment From Allah For The Great Satan, America?

Or, is this a perplexing conundrum that challenges the Koran?

Another ungrateful citizen from a nation that America rescued from the jaws of a cruel despotic threat, has entered the journalistic club of those who blame the carnage and destruction of hurricane Katrina on America itself.

One Muhammad Yousef Al-Mlafi, who is the director of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Endowment’s research center has stepped forward and insinuated that the hurricane Katrina was hurled at America by the very hand of Allah. You know Allah don’t you?

He’s the god of those peaceful Muslims dwelling in America, Great Britain and other countries around the world, who only speak up when a terrorist attack has happened, and then, only to warn the people of the country that they are living in, that there could be unjust consequences of retribution against them because of the terrorist attack or atrocity, (but no actual declaration of anathema against the terrorists themselves).

He’s also the god of the demon possessed, bloodthirsty, murderous terrorists, who proclaim boldly that sawing the heads off of their captive, the murder of countless innocent civilians, (elderly, women and children) via homicide/suicide bombers is the will of their god.

Muhammed has published an article entitled: "The Terrorist Katrina is One of the Soldiers of Allah, But Not an Adherant of Al-Qaeda". There are excerpts from his "masterpiece" quoted here.

Muhammed is either a good man who is in the beginning moments of sincere doubts about what his religion’s teachings in the Koran really mean, or he is a terrorist sympathizer who is using spin and "false sympathy" for America to hide his actual venomous vitriol in. If that is the case he is yet another example of a despicable, ungrateful citizen of a country that would be a slave to a cruel madman if not for America.

Check out what he says, and decide which he is yourself.

As for me, if he is the former, a sincere doubter, then he has overlooked the obvious possibility that hurricanes and other natural disasters aren’t "sent by God" but rather just a part of life. God, however, weeps with those who weep and is always there to comfort and strengthen those who pass through tragedy who turn to Him.

If he is the latter, a terrorist sympathizer, then he is no better than the demonic terrorist vermin he is defending, (as a coward behind ambiguous words). A coward indeed, just like the terrorists that he is defending.
